The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades which is a mountainous traditional settlement of the municipality of Prespa on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the banks of the Great Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. guests boating in the waters of the Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three states.

The first level offers two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and W/D. The spacious second level room has 3 beds. Each floor has full bathroom.
