It is located next to the picturesque fishing port and the Castello Carlo V., on the waterfront promenade overlooking the sea and everything in the pedestrian area. The former fisherman's cottage made of light tufa, the traditional building material of Apulia would just be completely renovated into a stylish and exclusive, modern living space by the sea.

Rent in the heart of the walled village of Monopoli, furnished house recently renovated. The 70sqm house can accommodate 2 people (2 single beds) with the possible use of a sofa bed for two more people. The house does not have WiFi service.

There is absolutely nothing to say about the location, but also the cleanliness, or the decoration of the place. Francesco is a very friendly host and available. Be careful however, your smartphones will certainly not capture the network in this apartment in the basement entirely made of stones. And yet the traditional barrel vault interiors harken back to its ancient origins and tie the place to the other traditional stone buildings and ancient stone streets. Living this way in the heart of the historic old town, you can experience the 16th century while having all the comforts of the 21st century. All amenities were provided. All appliances worked. Bathroom was spacious. Bed was comfy. No cars, so no traffic noise. Communication and check in\out with Cosimo went smoothly. We felt very privileged to be able to stay here.”
