Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Agios Nikolaos

Pasiphae House was something out of a dream! It was beautifully designed in the traditional Crete Village homes style. The location is isolate in the mountains, but amongst a great community of people. We were greeted by Yianna and Koula that gave us the walk through of the house, and we're always in constant communication. Ioanna supplied us with a long list of things to do and try in the area which we took full advantage of. Overall it was a beautiful stay and would highly recommend.

Po 12 dniach pobytu możemy z czystym sumieniem polecić ten klimatyczny, grecki, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami dom. Dwa tarasy pozwalały cieszyć się widokiem morza każdego dnia. Pobliska plaża wymaga krótkiego wysiłku żeby dojść (kamieniste zejście z góry), ale za to gwarantuje spokój i kryształową wodę. W pobliskich mieścinach (5-10 minut jazdy samochodem) można znaleźć wiele dobrze zaopatrzonych sklepików i co ważniejsze wspaniałe tawerny z doskonałym jedzeniem. Jednym słowem polecamy "Katarina"s home ". Właścicielka zadbała o każdy szczegół - miła niespodzianka na przywitanie i bardzo szybki kontakt. Dodatkowo jeszcze raz dziękujemy za życzliwe umożliwienie nam szybszego zameldowania, bo przylecieliśmy w nocy. Katrina,s home, to odpowiednik tradycyjnej, greckiej gościnności. 🙂👍

Wir haben mehr als 2 Wochen in Aspasias Haus verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Bette waren bequem, die Wohnung war sauber und wir haben alles gefunden, die wir gebraucht haben. Aspasia hat mir sogar eine Yogamatte organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit Aspasia ging reibungslos. Das Badezimmer ist nicht das Neuste, aber man merkt nicht viel davon, weil es eine Aussendusche gibt. Eine Katze besuchte uns jeden Tag, wir hoffen, dass sie weiterhin Futterquellen findet Wir haben auch die Umgebung sehr genossen, oft waren wir direkt am Strand unten in Keratokampos, auch teilweise zu Fuss. Aber die Strände rund herum sind alle sehr schön, meistens Kies am Ufer und Sand Richtung Meer. Man könnte bei ruhigem Wetter schnorcheln, bei Wind haben wir die Wellen. Es gibt auch zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Minimarket, Supermarket. Im Supermarket werden die Postkarten mittwochs Mittag auf die Post gebracht . Die Restaurants sind auch sehr gut, wir waren meistens in der Taverna Christina.

Liebe Kallia, Danke dir noch mal, dass du uns in deinem zauberhaften Haus am Ende der Welt hast wohnen lassen. 😊 Wir haben die Zeit bei dir sehr genossen. Wer eine sehr ruhige Lage in der Nähe des Meeres sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. In Sitia findet man viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Ein Lidl ist etwa 20 Minuten entfernt. Danke für alles. Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

We had a lovely stay at Mapia's home, everything was what we were expecting with the added bonus of meeting Mapia's parents and other members of extended family. They were all available if we had any problems (we didn't) but not intruding at all. George another family member, introduced himself and we could go to him if we had any questions. A lovely relaxing holiday, thank you Mapia 😊

Aufgrund der Lage und des Wohnungszuschnitts ein sehr exklusives Appartment. Die Wohnung ist aufgeräumt, weitestgehend sauber. Obwohl Maria nicht vor Ort ist, wird man nett empfangen - gute Anweisungen und eine sympathisches Begrüßung. Es ist eine Wohnung, in der auch gelebt wird. Sie ist schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist aber auch folglich viel angesammelt. Die Gastgeberin ist nicht vor Ort. Sie gibt sich aus der Ferne viel Mühe alle Fragen und auch Informationen bereitzustellen. Das sollte man aber auch kritisch hinterfragen. Wir waren Anfang November dort. Mochlos geht zu dieser Zeit in die Winterpause. Das Angebot vor Ort ist nicht mehr vollständig.

Wij logeerde 10 dagen in dit heerlijke huisje. Een prachtig terras, fijn bed, gezellig huis waar alles was wat we nodig hadden. We waren er in de winter dus helaas niet veel op het terras kunnen zitten. Dorpje is schattig en klein met allemaal vriendelijke mensen en heerlijke authentieke tavernes. Thank you ♥️

We absolutely loved this villa, Mania very kindly greeted us at Midnight as we had a late flight, and yes the reviews are right, she arrived with the most amazing moussaka and even made a vegetarian one. Mania was always available for any advice/recommendations and managed the tricky combination of being present but not intrusive. There was also a really thoughtful welcome gift of homemade food waiting for us. The kitchen was really well equipped, and super clean, we ate in a lot and enjoyed dinners on the covered terrace. We loved the pool, the kids especially, we spent a lot of time in the pool as it was very hot. The beds were comfy, the rooms all have their own bathroom, and terraces, there was lots of thoughtful touches throughout. The garden is beautiful and I don't think we managed to sit in all the different seating areas in the week. The winner for me was the decor, it was so beautiful, it was like staying in house in a Home Decor magazine. We will definitely come back.

Ήταν όλα τέλεια! Ένα όμορφο μέρος που προσφέρει ακριβώς αυτά που υπόσχεται. Κοντά στην πόλη της Ιεράπετρας για οτιδήποτε χρειαστεί αλλά κ αρκετά και ταυτόχρονα ήσυχο ώστε να προσφέρει την ηρεμία που χρειάζεται κάποιος για να ξεκουραστεί.

Amazing views, very large, comfortable , modern house. Plenty of amenities provided. It was really wonderful to sit out at the pool area. Mornings were very hot with direct sun and no shade possible on the deck. Location is super, 5 minutes to Elounda or 10 to Plaka. The descriptions and photos don't exactly show that there are two villas on top of each other, practically connected, so if there is not complete privacy if they are both occupied. The pool area of the upper villa looks down onto the pool area of the lower villa (ours). There are other houses in the neighborhood that were rented by large parties/weddings that were close enough to hear their loud music until late at night, all four nights we were there, which somewhat ruined what would otherwise would have been peaceful enjoyment sitting outside in the evenings. This is not the property owner's fault, but guests should be aware of this possibility, probably anywhere in this area where so many villas are rental properties.

We had a wonderful time. The villa felt private even though there are two other villas next door. My friends and I loved the pool and how spacious the whole place was. We had stunning views of the nearby sea and town. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The only negative was the water pressure in the upstairs showers. Nota was very accommodating. She offered to clean the apartment during our stay and helped us arrange our hire cars. (From my group's experience, a car is highly recommended as taxis and public transport weren't great). The village, beaches and restaurants in the area were also great. Overall, my friends and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Urlaub abseits des Tourismus in den kretischen Bergen. Wir haben vor allem die Outdoor-Küche und den Pool sehr genossen. Im September ist es allerdings auf dem Berg schon deutlich kühler als an der Küste. Da ein Auto aber ohnehin unbedingt notwendig ist, konnten wir an windigen oder bewölkten Tagen prima an die Strände ausweichen. Konstantinos hat uns auf Nachfrage tolle Tipps gegeben und wir haben 2x eine kostenlose Reinigung angeboten bekommen. Klare Empfehlung!

Das Haus liegt ruhig auf einem Hügel oberhalb des Ortes. Man ist ungestört und hat eine tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse und dem Garten. Allerdings war es beim ersten Mal schwierig, den richtigen Weg zu finden. Wir sind jedoch auch spät angekommen und es war schon stockdunkel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tout était au top. La vue était géniale, la terrasse, la piscine.. La propreté, l’emplacement, le contact très simple avec les hôtes. Magdalena a eu la gentillesse de nous proposer des endroits sympa un numéro à contacter si jamais on avait besoin d’un taxi. Elle a aussi eu la gentillesse de me laisser faire un checkout plus tard que prévu. Encore merci.

The host was incredibly kind. The house was extremely well-equipped, the outdoor space was enjoyable, and the house had a stunning view. We are deeply grateful for the host's warm hospitality. They generously gifted us with traditional Easter sweets, a delightful olive oil, and exquisite local honey. An unforgettable experience!

Pobyt w pięknej Kritsa był absolutnie wyjątkowy. To jedno z najpiękniejszych miejsc do mieszkania na Krecie z urokliwym labiryntem uliczek, sympatycznymi mieszkańcami gdzie można poczuć się nie jak turystycznym tyglu a w prawdziwym greckim świecie. U Georga pobyt znakomity - czyściutkie, śliczne studio w samym centrum miejscowości Wszystkie udogodnienia ok wraz z cudownym tarasem na śniadania, wygodne i po prostu bardzo sympatyczne. Gdy poprosilidmu o koce, za chwilę już były przyniesione.Bardzo polecamy !

Όμορφο σπίτι με όλες τις ανέσεις, καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Το υπνοδωμάτιο στον 1ο όροφο είναι πολύ μεγάλο κ άνετο με ξεχωριστό μπάνιο κ μεγάλη βεράντα για να απολαύσεις τη θέα κ την ηρεμία.Ευχάριστη κ ξεκούραστη διαμονή, η κ.Μαρια είχε αφήσει προμήθειες για πρωινό, φρούτα κ κρασί πολύ ευγενικό κ καλοδεχουμενο. Όλα ήταν υπέροχα.

Wir hatten schöne ruhige Tage im Kelari Cottage :-) Die Unterkunft hat alles was wir brauchten und das Bett war sooo bequem! Die Wanderung nach Pefki durch die Schlucht lohnt sich sowas von, danach solltet ihr unbedingt in Pefki bei Maria essen - köstlich! Die Gegend ist hübsch, im März noch sehr menschenleer und verschlafen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

The Rustic Nook was the perfect place for us on our last 4 days on Crete. It was close to Agios Nikolaos where we spent several of those days exploring and enjoying the food. We went on a few of the many hiking trails in the area. Limnes itself was charming. A local taverna, Christinis, was a highlight with the friendly staff and great food. Amanda’s place was so comfortable, spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Amanda was always quick to respond. We could not have asked for a better place.

Basil House is a beautiful, hidden gem in Kastri and we really enjoyed our stay here! The house is incredibly spacious, AC in every room and the VIEWS are wonderful. Also there are a lot of cute cats on the property. You can reach the village and the beach within 15-20 minutes and there you'll find everything you need. Haris was a very good host who gave us great recommendations. We highly recommend staying at Basil House! :)

Όλα όταν τέλια! Δεν ξέρω από που να ξεκινήσω... Με την βοήθεια της Χριστίνας (η οποία μάς υποδέχτηκε με πολύ καλοσύνη) φτάσαμε στο σπίτι, όλα ήταν πεντακάθαρα, η κουζίνα ήταν πλήρες εξοπλισμένη για να μπορέσει ο καθένας να μαγειρεύει σαν στο σπίτι του. και πραγματικά έτσι ήταν για εμάς... Πολύ ωραίες παραλίες σε κοντινές αποστάσεις. Ήταν η καλύτερες διακοπές ever... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ Χριστίνα και Θανάση για τη ζέστη υποδοχή, για τα φρούτα και όλα τα άλλα....

Wir waren zu sechst (zwei Erwachsene, vier Kinder zwischen 1-15 Jahren) eine Woche im Februar in Myrtos Haus. Leider erwischten wir paar der kältesten Tage des Winters und die Heizung im Wohnzimmer war defekt. Myrto hatte uns aber einen Heizstrahler und reichlich Feuerholz für den Kamin besorgt. Wassertemperatur und Wasserdruck im Badezimmer waren niedrig wie häufig auf Kreta. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und schön gestaltet und ausgestattet. Der Garten ist eine wilde Oase, wir genossen die reifen Mandarinen, Orangen und Zitronen sowie das Baumhaus und die Hängematte. Die Nähe zum Kies/Steine-Strand am Ende des Gartens war für die Kinder zum Spielen sehr toll, Mirtos selbst ist in paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar einschließlich Supermarkt und Bäckerei. Man konnte das ansonsten für Ausflüge notwendige Auto (im Februar kaum öffentliche Verkehrsmittel) problemlos stehenlassen und Einkäufe zu Fuß erledigen. Die Kommunikation mit Myrto war sehr nett, prompt, proaktiv seitens von ihr.
