THEA VILLAS, Villa Bleue offers magnificent view to the sea and the sunset. It is located 5km from Parikia port, 7 from the airport. The sandy beach of Aghia Irini is 200m away. The house offers private spacious verandas with comforable seating areas and a swimming pool (3X5X1,5m) The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare any meal. It is build the minimal cycladic architecture with big windows gazing the blue of the Aegean Sea. AC and Ceiling fans exist in each bedroom and living room.

This Greek villa is located just outside Parikia, offering a relaxing atmosphere, privacy, and an authentic Greek lifestyle. The pool has a trapezoidal shape, with one side measuring 3.80 meters and the opposite side 2 meters. Its length is 5.60 meters, and the maximum depth is 1.50 meters.

I think it’s my favorite comparing to our first one (Silver) which is right below, maybe because it’s blue! Just a breath away from the beaches of Krios & Marchello, with an amazing view and unique sunsets. The house is located in Krios area which is close to town (Parikia) but far away from the hustle of the town. Here you will find your piece and calmness!

It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. It also has an outdoor dining area, sun loungers and a corner sofa. The pool has a waterfall and a small pool.
