O lugar exatamente como mostrado nas fotos, um verdadeiro refúgio no meio da natureza! Perfeito para uma escapada para relaxar, recarregar as energias e se conectar com o que é mais puro. Jimena e Gruba foram incríveis, sempre rápidas nas respostas e superdispostas a ajudar em tudo o que precisei. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa!!

This is a really great spot that exactly matched the photos. Perfect for a single looking to treat themselves or a couple looking for a getaway. Great walkable spot with food and coffee options abound, but Palermo Hollywood is noticeably quieter than Palermo Soho (20min walk east). Regardless, a very safe area! Rooftop deck and pool are amazing and rarely occupied - like other reviews said, the pool could use a bit of maintenance but with only 6-8 units in the building I wasn't expecting it to be pristine. The property has a team of people that helped with check-in and immediately responded to any queries. The shower's cold water stopped working and they sent a plumber right away. I asked for an extra set of towels (only had 2x for a 12 day stay) and they quickly accommodated. Overall - seamless experience as a guest and I would definitely recommend this spot.

La casa es preciosa, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Está ubicada en el medio de la naturaleza, al lado del río, lo que le da un marco muy acogedor. La cocina muy completa, el living y el comedor con un ambiente intimista. Todos los ambientes con enormes ventanales para poder apreciar el paisaje. Luciana es una anfitriona pendiente de cada consulta, respondiendo inmediatamente cualquier pregunta. Sin dudas volveríamos.

Fui con mi esposa a pasar un finde, la estadía fue maravillosa y el lugar se encuentra muy equipado. Bernardo y Mirna son excelentes anfitriones! supieron responder cada una de nuestras consultas y siempre mantuvieron una buena predisposición. Volveríamos sin dudas.

El alojamiento es excelente. Las fotos no hacen justicia a lo que uno se termina encontrando. Fuimos 2 días para un evento que teníamos cerca y lamentamos no haber elegido la estancia para unos cuantos días mas. Roberto impecable con la comunicación y las instrucciones. Sin dudas queremos volver en breve.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

We spent a month here and had enough time to form a complete impression. Pros: - Great view (6th floor) - Safe neighborhood, with lots of cafés and small shops nearby - Private grill on the balcony - Comfortable bed - Heated floors - Washing machine - Good communications, Janu is a welcoming owner and speaks English well Cons: - It can get a bit noisy in the living room, especially if you open the window, since the apartment is located near a road. However, it is quiet in the bedroom, and the noise does not disturb sleep. - Appartment was a bit dusty when we moved in, my wife had to clean the floor so that we could walk around without shoes Overall, we had a very positive living experience.

Pasamos unos días hermosos, la casa es muy amplia, cumplía con todo lo mencionado en el anuncio. desde mi punto solo le falta li.pieza profunda, tanto en vidrios, mantas, sillón, el baño al llegar lo tuve que limpiar. Pero como es una casa de campo, si no había gente antes, puede ser normal. Yo le daría más importancia a este punto. De igual forma me pareció super cómoda y segura. La pileta impecable.
