This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

The entire stay was perfect. Loved this beautiful home along with the great location. Everything we needed to make our stay seamless was there. Pool was awesome. Definitely recommend this house. Owners were great and super responsive. We had 13 people all together and had plenty of space.

My family of 6 stayed for a quick vacation for a family event at the Beverly Hills hotel. This Airbnb was perfect and centrally located. We went shopping one day at The Grove, which is always a fun time. It was fun taking morning walks and looking at all the beautiful homes. There’s a cute French bakery within walking distance from the house named La Provence Patisserie & Cafe. It has a huge variety from full breakfast and lunch plus yummy bakery items. Deborah was very responsive during our stay.

Great location for our adventures at Universal Studios. Easy to get Ubers and close to the airport. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood

Beautiful house with an amazing porch. Sat outside every morning and evening. Spacious so we could spread out - important with teenagers. Kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook dinner at home.

We have stayed in many AirBNB's. This one stood out amongst the others. What do we look for?...Cleanliness and upkeep. We want to feel that we are 'home away from home'. Clean/ tidy/ well maintained and up to date. Little accents like: Brita water purifier, comfy bath mats, comfortable bed, washer/ dryer, linens were fresh, soft toilet paper (that matters, you know!). Nice neighborhood to take walks, right up from Sunset Blvd where you can dine or have a late nite drink. Quiet. Need I say more? Jeremy was responsive and friendly. Since our son lives down the block, we will be returning... Thanks, Jeremy!

Charles house had all you need. We are a family with a disabled person, so not having to go upstairs in the house was great. There a few steps outside but they were manageable. Location was perfect for us. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and even the beach. Would highly recommend. It had a cute back house also which was great for our travel companion. A great place to stay I highly recommend.

Had a great time. Beautiful, quiet space and neighborhood. Lots of natural light and tasteful modern furnishings. Have already re-booked for next stay!

Pictures do not do the view justice. The view from the master bedroom was breath taking to wake up to in the morning. We spent 4 nights as a family with 2 young adult children. We enjoyed our time here so much that we opted to have most meals at home rather than eating out. Thank you for the sweet memories that we will cherish for a lifetime!

Stephen and Brian were wonderful hosts who made us feel right at home and we could not rate them highly enough. Pantry and fridge were well stocked which made our very tired selves so happy after a very long trip and we had a little welcome bottle of bubbles which made us feel very special. Rarely see such generosity in Airbnb's today - it was amazing. The bed was very comfortable and all amenities were of a high standard. We felt very private in the accommodation but so well located to places we wanted to see and to stores and restaurants. Both Stephen and Brian were very friendly and helpful and only too keen to help us if required. So good!

Katja was a wonderful host and had very helpful and responsive communication. The home was very comfortable and my children loved the pool!! Also, the location is incredible with so many restaurants and shopping nearby, with a short drive to the pier and downtown Santa Monica. It was an amazing experience!!

This was such an amazing stay!! They were so kind and allowed me an early check in when my flight came in early, I couldn’t be more grateful! There was tea, coffee and all the essentials for making simple meals from plates to pans and utensils. It’s very private and secure, as a woman traveling alone this gave me such peace of mind and for the price - I will be staying again if I am ever in the area!! Lots of good food within walking distance as well! Thank you Luis and Mayra!!

I am loathe to write to write an honest review of this place, as my praise may contribute to a rise in its popularity, and perhaps a rise in the rate, and perhaps threaten my ability to book it again in the future (for which I am eager to do)!!! Alas, an honest review is right thing to do, so I'll just say this: my family (5 adults + 3 kids) did an extensive search on AirBnB for our vacation... this was the lowest-cost listing and yet somehow also the nicest and most perfect for both the kids and adults?? Needless to say, we couldn't believe that our number one choice was also the most affordable. And, oh boy, did it turn out to be just WONDERFUL!!! With so much to do around the house for the kids, and so many places where the adults could go to be adults, we all ended up a tad bit disappointed that we didn't schedule any days to just stay at home. This is a gem listing.

WOW! We can’t say enough about Van and Suzann and their amazing home! We felt so comfortable and relaxed there, it was just what we needed for our trip! Probably one of our best Airbnb experiences ever! It will definitely be our number one go-to house if we are ever in LA!

Place was great. I’m from the area and just needed a place to stay for the weekend that had space was close enough to the places I needed to be and convenient. Mali was responsive and friendly. I felt I had privacy and it was quiet. Would recommend and hopefully can stay here again in the future
