Southside Retreat

Quiet suite on the southside of Santa Fe designed for relaxation. Located in Southside near 599 & 20 minutes away from the Plaza. Main room is studio style with small living area, Queen sized bed and eating/work area. Kitchen area with everything a coffee or tea lover wants—microwave, water kettle, drip coffee maker, air fryer, and small fridge with a freezer. Walk in shower & natural light in bathroom. The suite is part of our house with a shared wall, but has its own entrance & patio.

Quiet and peaceful, the front porch offers spectacular views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains to the east. Relax in the morning as the sun rises over the mountains and gently warms you. Exquisitely appointed with custom furniture, antiques and artwork. You'll be immersed in New Mexico culture. Quick, easy access to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Only 15 minutes to the Plaza.

Magical Modern Vanlife- Santa Fe arts district

This is a cozy and beautiful space walking distance to restaurants and galleries. The van has everything you need and is decorated with modern Santa Fe touches. The van is insulated and has a warm heater for the winter months. *We are built a ADU in the backyard, and have added some updated photos. The van is parked in our backyard with a porch for watching the sunset, an outdoor grill and fire pit. You have private access to bathroom, shower and laundry room in the main house.

Casa de Luxx: Two Bedroom Wing is a private section of the house with its own entrance located between the Plaza & Meow Wolf. Hot tub, a sauna, and a pool open year round. Includes two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom, office, kitchenette, fire pit & patio. Peaceful with beautiful views. This wing does NOT include a full kitchen, living room, kitchen sink, or sofa.
