Our second stay at this stunning apartment 😍 the apartment is fantastic everything you could possibly need 😍 and the location is picture postcard so very beautiful and just a few steps from the massive outdoor deck , aguadulce is just beautiful and within walking distance cannot wait to come back next year ❤️

The apartment is very comfortable and excellent area.

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is right on the beach – it really doesn't get any better. The parking situation was also perfect, there was plenty of parking right outside the door. The location is fantastic, the apartment was super clean and there was really everything you need – and even more! The host was very friendly, warm and helpful at all times. We would come back anytime and can fully recommend the place!

It is a very nice stay where you can sit in the sun and shade with the roof terrace and front garden. All the necessary amenities in the house are present and clean, and the nice books and toys for children are really a hit, top! The location is wonderfully quiet, and also has nice restaurants and tapas bars just a stone's throw away. Lucrecia has a very nice house and is also very nice in the contact, and responds almost immediately. Thank you so much!

We stayed in this apartment and the experience was very good. It was well equipped, very clean and the beds were really comfortable. Without a doubt, I would recommend it for a quiet and pleasant stay

The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Regards!!

This is our second visit to Ruben's and Javi's house, was same as before super clean, very nice neighbour too. We will be Back soon.

A beautiful and impeccable apartment, with an excellent view. The excellent bathroom and the washing machine are wonderful. I would only add two chairs to eat more comfortable on the table.

We were very happy with the apartment, it was very functional, large, plenty of light, nice bathrooms with great showers, we had everything we needed and the terrace with direct sea view was just amazing! The position of the apartment was also excellent, just a few steps from the beach and conveniently reached by car. There was a bit of noise coming from the neighbors (loud TV on same wall with bedroom) and also the smell of cooking came through the bathroom ventilation when neighbors were cooking. This is not something Salva can control, so I didn't take it as a direct negative point for his beautiful apartment, plus he is already putting solutions in place for these issue :) Salva is a great host, he met us directly for check in, he was very responsive for an issue we had with the coffee machine (he brought us a new one!), and we had a great time here in beautiful Aguadulce.

The place was in perfect cleanliness and the relationship with the host was correct and cordial.

The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We thought the recommended location was great. Thank you very much

Everything was great :-) very communicative and friendly. It responds very quickly. The area is 10 and the accommodation is small but for us well, in front of the promenade and the pool is the best. Very large , very nice urbanization and very quiet to go with the family.

Spectacular! As in the photos, location and amazing views. It worked all the services it advertises(micro, oven, air conditioners, TV, etc.) Site to relax and enjoy beach and leisure in the immediate vicinity. Easy and comfortable accesses. Reception and departure with clear instructions and excellent received treatment.... If I can in the near future I would like to repeat. Thank you Raúl and his father

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

Spotless, great location, early check in, a cot set up for my baby (with a baby toy bought for him) comfortable beds, great air con, a 5 star stay. I will stay again - perfect !
