Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. You are booking a nice and cosy groundfloor NON-SMOKING-apartment in the center of Ahnatal-Weimar. You will like the nice view to the Doernberg and the Helfensteine to the West. Good public transport connection to the city. For Safety reasons we CANNOT accept children. NO pets. The apartment has WLAN, a high-quality kitchen with electric kitchen stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher and kitchen equipment, a bathroom with walk-in shower. The vacation apartment (60 m²) is located about 13 km from downtown Kassel. There is a very good connection to public transport. The Regio-Tram [regional tram] runs directly to the city center of Kassel in 20 minutes. The Regional Express runs directly to Wilhelmshöhe train station in 11 minutes. The train station is about 600 m away. The apartment is in the basement of the house and has a bedroom, a living room with sofa bed as well as kitchen and bathroom. There is also a private terrace.

Our apartment is minimalist, clear and charmingly decorated. Kassel-Kirchditmold district. All hotspots (UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophical Center, Congress Palace Stadthalle, etc.) are easily accessible. The ICE train station can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The kitchen is not integrated in the apartment, but there is an option to make tea or coffee. A small refrigerator (non-alcoholic beer and mineral water at your disposal!) is available.
