In the former studio in the garden of the owner, the art is still present and gives the rustic-cozy accommodation on approx. 45 square meters and over 2 floors its special flair. A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment is bright, quiet and close to nature and also ideally suited for longer stays. The apartment is ideal for a family with 1-2 children, for a married couple or 3 adults.

Sommers the apartment offers a cool retreat, but in winter a chubby warm place in front of the Swedish stove that can be fired with wood. The equipment is new and very modern and furnished with a lot of heart. The balcony faces east and invites you to have breakfast together. The afternoons can be enjoyed in full sunshine in the walk-in garden behind the house from the balcony.

In our original farmhouse surrounded by nature in the Swabian Forest, you can enjoy peace and quiet. Herb garden, wild herbs, magnificent forests. The vacation home for 7 guests can be rented with the seminar house barn (5 guests). In the barn there are 2 toilets, shower, kitchen and upstairs a shared bedroom. A fireplace provides cozy warmth. A projector and screen are provided. With all accommodation options (including apartment) we can accommodate 14 guests.

ANdiKE - Schwalbenburg vacation home (>150 sqm)

Our Apartment Schwalbenburg is a 5-room flat (over 150 sqm) on the first floor of our listed half-timbered house (1584) in Steinenberg, near Schorndorf. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms. Due to the preservation order, there are no outside shutters. The rooms are darkened with curtains or roller blinds. Unfortunately, it is not possible to achieve 100% darkening. Underfloor heating is installed in the entire flat.

Holliday Appartment - Eigenhof 1 - Germany

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows.
