Gorgeous boutique villa. We really enjoyed our stay. The surroundings were peaceful and the villa, gardens and pool were lovely. We hope to return again soon!

we absolutely loved it. it's a fantastic place to go with a bigger group of people. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom which is amazing. the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time. Gilles is super friendly and very quick to reply the same for the tram that did the check in. Can highly recommend.

We went to celebrate my husband's 30 years and Barry left us a bottle of wine and beers for our arrival. The house was very clean and tidy, with all the comforts advertised and very attentive at all times if you have any questions. A perfect home for a getaway with family or friends, barbecue, pool and all the amenities available. We will definitely be back !!!

There were 10 of us celebrating a birthday down here. Spacious luxury house directly on the beach. Large pool and several areas where you could pull away if you needed to work or have a quiet moment. Andrea and her husband were so nice and quick to respond and fix if there was any thought. Tasteful, luxurious and thoughtful with all modern touches as well as technical solutions. A dream home I would like to have for family and friends. Villa Thorodin gets 5 stars.

We had a wonderful stay in Nicole’s house. The house was beautiful, clean and as in the pictures. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The beds were comfortable. The check in was easy and flexible, as we arrived in the night. It was a 15 minute walk to the grocery store, farmacy and some restaurants. The pool and the outside area was very nice, comfortable and private.

Great villa and pool, lots of nice beaches nearby

Robert's villa is simply wonderful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing weekend. The location is fantastic, with a good life on Calp and the Penyal d 'Ifach. Alicante, Benidorm and Valencia are all less than an hour and a half away. The host has always been kind and proactive, staying with him has been a pleasure and we hope to be back very soon. We had a very happy time with all my family at Mane's house. The property is very comfortable and well thought out for a perfect stay. All appliances, beds, bedding, kitchen and kitchen utensils are of good quality. The pool is a good size and is very well maintained. The house is very quiet and the forest view is very relaxing. The house has three spacious bedrooms on one floor. Two of them have no air conditioning, only fans. We did not get hot, but in the ad this circumstance is not clear and I think it should be specified because in summer Jávea is very hot. The master bedroom does have air conditioning and a bathroom en suite. On the other hand, the garden is spacious but is much less cared for than what you see in the house listing. Despite these details, I would recommend Mane's house for a great vacation

Our group arrived in two small groups. we were met at the property and a pinned map was available for taxis. Kevin was amazing at sorting our taxi requirements throughout our easter stay

Everything was wonderful

The house is very nice. We were there with our three small children and we all enjoyed it very much. We especially liked the large outdoor area and the large pool. The location is also very convenient. You can walk to several supermarkets and restaurants and you can quickly reach Alicante, Santa Pola and Elche by car.

Lovely well maintained and clean villa with everything you would need for a relaxing break. Nice pool area with sun loungers and a rooftop terrace with furniture to relax as the sun sets. The pictures and description on the web site were accurate and up to date. The property is on an urbanisation about a 10 minute drive to the town where you will find supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. All very small and laid back, just don't expect a big bustling town. There is one bar/restaurant within a 5/10 minute walk of the villa. Bogdan gave very good instructions relating to the property and I had confidence that he would respond immediately should we have had any issues.

A lovely little villa, as described with a new patio area that extends up to the pool. Very comfortable, private and peaceful, with everything we needed. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach/town (downhill on the way there but uphill on the way back!) You would benefit from having a car to get around and visit other places as there's lots to do in the area. Moraira itself is very nice, with many restaurants and bars. We visited with two small children and Playa de l'Ampolla beach is great for kids with a stream, rockpools and shallow sea for swimming. Choice of shops for groceries just a short drive away. Shae was a great host. We'd love to come back!

Everything is great, the house is very clean, tidy and complies with what is shown in the photos. The owners are very friendly and helpful with any suggestions from their guests. An entire experience, both during the stay at the house and in the surrounding environment. Super recommended and trip to repeat.

Mairi's house is a great option to visit Jávea. It has all the features that a vacation home should have, and is therefore ideal to enjoy every moment of your stay. The house and the property are better than what the photos show... a swimming pool and wonderful surroundings, the views, ample space to park 2-3 cars on the property. The house has a thousand stylish and tasteful details, the air conditioning is perfect, the spaces to eat are diverse and well thought out, the bedrooms and kitchen are spacious... in short, a really very good vacation home. Casa Cádiz is a cozy house at a good price, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing. Nearby you have all the necessary services such as supermarkets, shops and gas stations. Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to spend days with the family.
