clean, functional ,soundproofed and very beautiful apartment in a sumptuous building, some still under construction but look like a palace. Ramone is responsive and offers all the information to access the home in photos. The only downside is that parking in front of the building gives the impression that it is possible to park there,the work jams all the information of the prohibition and the note is salty, it doesn't take away from the quality of the accommodation. thank you Ramone and see you soon.

4-night stay.. we really liked this place.. atypical.. colorful.. funny..as in the photos..you feel at home there because Téo knows how to put at ease..everything is available in the apartment..the building is very quiet..we slept there.. unbeatable value for money..and we went down to the center of Annecy only on foot by the river.. booked without hesitation

Christophe and Yanis were more than friendly and responsive given the booking time. The accommodation is friendly, the living room is decorated with care and the amenities are functional. Plus, the apartment is conveniently located (bus station just downstairs). The big plus is the toys available: thank you for allowing our children to have fun, I quote "it was the best house of all the holidays"😅 Thanks again!

We stayed at Yannick's apartment for 4 days in March to get to know the Region. This accommodation is ideally located for tourism ( Annecy, Chambéry,Aix les Bains etc.... as well as the surrounding mountains and Geneva). The apartment on the ground floor of a villa, is very functional and quiet, moreover it has been restored with great taste, and is very well equipped. The view of the surrounding mountains is magnificent. Yannick, whom we did not have the opportunity to meet, is very accommodating and concerned about the well-being of vacationers. In short, we had a great stay where it was good to meet in the evening in this relaxing apartment.

We had a great time! Right outside one of the main telecabin was a treat! Quiet place with a sunny balcony, 2mn walk from the first shops/restaurants of the village. Cecile and family were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

An exceptional place in a magical setting! Anne-Valérie is a host whose job it is and it feels from the beginning to the end of the stay. The house is perfectly suited for 14 people with its large tables, its huge sofa... It is also suitable and safe for parents with the protection shutter for the pool. Thank you again so much for everything! We're reviewing our calendar to come back!

Unforgettable living room! The chalet is at the end of a road, with a splendid view of the mountains, very comfortable and pleasant with its wood stove, nicely decorated, it feels instantly good and after a few days the appeasement that this place brings is very powerful! Beautiful walks from the shawl (including snowshoes, even if it took 400m to put them on after a big redwood). The proximity to Saint-Jean de Maurienne 15 minutes away is super convenient, and well worth the murmur of the valley. This home is amazing: a retreat by the lake. The view in the morning is worthy of Monet's painting "Impression of the sunrise". During the day, everyone can enjoy the activities (ping pong, foosball, games in the lawn, ...) and the lake if the weather is nice. It is an ideal place to gather our whole family with infants and children in the 7 bedrooms. In the evening, the living room is an ideal place to gather together while keeping the beautiful view of the lake. The very well-equipped kitchen makes it possible to make good meals and enjoy them on the terrace. Already wanting to go back ...

We had a lovely stay with the family at Marc's cottage. It is clean and functional with self check-in. Marc is a friendly host who was kind enough to be flexible on arrival and departure times and gave us tips on the surrounding activities.

We stayed there for Easter weekend and we are delighted, great welcome from Vincent and Yvette, impeccable accommodation in a very good location where nothing is missing, very well arranged and new. we'll be happy to go back.

Well laid out studio, large main room and comfortable bedding. Very well equipped as well. Private garage box appreciated. The city center is a stone's throw away! We had a great time at Nadine's apartment. It is well equipped and very well located. Convenient with young children. Free parking is just below as well as the convenience store. Access to the slopes is easy. It is very well oriented with a large balcony and beautiful view. Finally Nadine is an accommodating and considerate person. We will come back without hesitation!

Apartment in a very good location, at the foot of the slopes. For up to four people, no more. Very convenient ski locker downstairs from the building. Small balcony. Very responsive host.
