Beachfront vacation rentals in Akçay

I can say that it was the most beautiful holiday,I felt like I was in heaven. The beauty of the house, the view, the silence, the garden, etc. was great. There are a few flaws, but I can go by saying the thorn of the rose. Sometimes you want to go through and tell a lot of beautiful things, but the words were a vacation at that point:) Thanks for everything.🫶

Nikos is a very friendly host and fast in responding. There was an error with a car rental company that supposedly reserved a car for me but he helped me to find another car in the peak season. The fridge had some water, fruits, juice and biscuits and there was also some coffee and sugar that where very helpful upon arrival because it was a national holiday and all stores where closed. The apartment is not the classical modern hotel type of an apartment but it has sturdy furniture and a specific local style of that era and personal taste. All appliances where all functional and especially helpful was the washing machine. The apartment had a better sea view than shown on the pictures and it’s actually very close to a descent beach. I rarely used the aircondition because there is a nice breeze most of the day.The place is quiet and I used it as a base to travel all around the island. The Internet connection was excellent to do online work. Also the neighbors in the complex are friendly

We preferred it to have a holiday in a quiet, quiet place, both working and relaxing. Since the villa was very spacious and comfortable, we were able to work comfortably for four people. In addition to the cleanliness and order, we had a nice holiday with fruit trees, a beautiful garden with tomato pepper planted, sea urchin, and a wonderful sea without jellyfish, and with the treats and hospitality of Mr. Berke and his family. The residence is very near to the sea. You can walk to the beach just in two minutes. The room was clean and the environment was not noisy. There is a park place, which can be used by the visitors. Elena is a friendly and caring host, who is ready to solve the problems it may occur. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Ioannis' place as a family of five for three nights. It was a very enjoyable and peaceful holiday from start to finish. The villa had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was clean and well-maintained and we had a lot of fun here. Ioannis's father Yannis is a smiling, sympathetic and friendly person and he helped us in everything. We will miss him. Thank you so much for everything.

We came to stay here for a short trip to Lesbos. Stratis and Maria were amazing hosts. Very helpful and kind. Helped us arrange a rental car for us, so that we would have a car once we arrived. Maria had some snacks for us, so that we had something to eat after the late areival. They also helped us get a luggage from the store on our last night. Their place is dreamy and so peaceful. Morning was woken up to the sound of the ocean waves and the sunrise. Instructions were clear for self check in. Cannot wait to come back again, next time longer time! Thank you again for making our stay so amazing!

Ms. Elif is an excellent host. Since the interior of the house is renovated, it has a really important advantage over other houses in Artur. Being close to the sea is very important, especially for family with children. We are very satisfied and will choose every time we come.

The place is great and the staff are caring and friendly. Wicker and willing to assist with just about anything. We were satisfied and decided to stay another night. The room is large enough for two people

Ms. Duygu was very caring and responsive from our first trip to the first check-in. We had a friendly and friendly check-in. We had a very detailed communication with Ms. Özlem from the beginning and she was also very helpful during the stay. He left us a spotless house and took care of it all the time. We didn't lack anything. Everything was as described. It was a home where we were very comfortable with the child. The only negative thing I can say is the sound of the car in front of the house is a very active road. Other than that, we had no problems, it was very enjoyable.

We did not stay because spouse was unsure of surrounding area but I thought it was fine. My spouse wanted to be able to walk to restaurants and stores. That was not possible at this particular location.

We stayed at Savaş (Baris) 's house for 3 days and everything was perfect. The house was extremely comfortable, clean and had everything we could need. Being very close to the sea was a big advantage. The setting was quite calm and beautiful, we had a really relaxing experience. Thank you so much for your interest and hospitality in the host, everything was great. A place we would definitely want to stay again and recommend.

Mr. Ege is a caring and kind host, we thank him very much. The house is very close to the sea and you can swim in the sea by walking about 100 meters. There are sun loungers and umbrellas for the use of the residents on the beach and it is quite calm. The sea does not immediately deepen, it is very nice for non-swimmers and families with children. The dinners with a sunset view on the terrace of the house are very pleasant and ideal for making a barbecue. There is a convenience store with only bread and water within walking distance of the house. Transportation to the markets is 10 minutes away by car. There are also Ayvalik dolmuș from the stop, which is 5 minutes by walk from the house. Despite this, you will be more comfortable if you come by car. Perfect choice for those who want to have a calm holiday away from the eye, a perfect place to rest your head. If you want to get bored and mingle with the crowd, Ayvalik and Cunda are 15 and 20 minutes away. We left very satisfied, thank you...

Last year, when I first visited Tsonia in August, this house caught my eye as I turned the corner to park the car. When I returned in September 2023, I once again admired it from a distance. This year, I had the pleasure of spending a week here with my family. Even spending time in the garden was a joy. Thank you very much for opening your home to us. We had a wonderful time with my family. We also tasted one or two tomatoes from your garden. We had a very comfortable stay inside the house as well.
