Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. The accommodation is located by itself about 600 meters on the upper side of the farm. There is only a tractor road up but it is possible to drive if you have a high enough car. Location from Oslo about 1 hour, about 40 min to Drammen and about 40 min to Vikersund by car. Please note: -The accommodation is located inside the indigenous pasture where there are sheep and horses grazing. -If you have a dog with you, it will be agreed in more detail in relation to special considerations. The nearest grocery store is 6 km away.

The "tailor house" has its own hot tub, barbecue,charming ball court for volleyball,football, croquet etc. Possibility to borrow your own motorboat for 6 pesons, or 2 kayaks and fishing rods Jetty and beach. The place is located in the middle between Hov and Brandbu as the nearest towns. To Gjøvik it takes 45 min by car and Dokka 35 min. Short distance to Hadeland Glassworks , Kistefoss and Jevnaker bathing facilities.

Beautiful location on the outskirts of Svesvollen Farm, in Nordmarka. The popular TV show "Sommerhytta" is recorded here. Beach line and views of the Svea water with ski slopes and swimming, paddling, fishing opportunities. Beach with diving tower. Possibility to rent bicycles and SUP boards. Hadeland Glassverk is 25 min. Distance to Kistefos museum is 28 min. 5 min by car to grocery stores (Bunnpris, open on holidays) and 2 train stations. There is also a small slalom slope. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

Farmhouse for rent

Experience farm life up close. At Kalvsjø farm you can meet horses and go into the rabbits before having breakfast. From the kitchen you have a view of deer and the small birds in the tree, does not get any more idyllic than this. The farm is centrally located on Hadeland with a short distance to Gardermoen, Hadeland Glassverk and Oslo. Plenty of space to park right outside the door, with the possibility of charging the car if desired. Quiet surroundings and good bed make you hopefully sleep well while you are here.
