Our entire extended family, a total of seven adults and four small children, arrived at the property. The house is huge and spacious, and the furniture is in good condition. The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, with a breathtaking view from the house. Mike, the property owner, was exceptional – always available to answer any question or fulfill any request we had. The only downside I can mention is that the house wasn’t very clean when we arrived. However, Mike immediately arranged for a cleaner, who came the same day and stayed for three hours. All in all, it’s an excellent house, highly recommended, and Mike is absolutely wonderful!

I have to say that Tim's place is one of the best places I was able to found in Limassol. It's a 4th floor w/ elevator and an amazing ocean view. I felt right at home and there is a well stocked kitchen where I found everything I needed to cook my own food. Illumination and ventilation is great, additionally there are blackouts to sleep really good. The neighborhood is quiet at night, but there are plenty of restaurants and groceries at a 10 mins walk. The best thing is that you'll get the sea at 100 meters in case you want to take a beach walk and the local bus is at 50 meters so you can go the city center during the whole day at 2 euros. Tim as person is a very friendly host and I perceived from him an honest intention to provide a positive experience to guests plus he said he lived in the same building so it's a matter to write him in case there's any issue in the apartment. Overall, I'd recommend Tim's place both for short and long stays to anyone who wants a great stay in Limassol

We had a great stay at Marios’ place in Agios Tychonas. This is our favorite area to stay in when we come to Cyprus, as the beach is very quiet and you can take peaceful walks since the main road is separated from the beach in this area. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance, coffee, pharmacy, anything you need really. We highly recommend Kofini Tavern which is right downstairs for delicious, authentic Cypriot food. The apartment had all the little details for a smooth stay like kitchen basics, pots and pans, beach towels, soap, toilet paper, and a laundry drying rack. Everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival! We used the main living room air conditioner at 24 to keep the apartment cool enough during the hot days, and the bedroom air conditioners at night and we did not exceed the included electricity. Marios was a great host and responded very quickly whenever we needed something, and was always able to accommodate our requests. Thank you!!
