This is our home property, you may see children exploring with one collie, chickens free ranging and waking to a rooster. Ideal for fishermen who want the St. Lawrence River. Welcome to our cozy and stylish 2 to 3 bedroom basement apartment! Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, our space offers a comfortable retreat for your stay in Cornwall. Our apartment provides all the amenities you need for a memorable and relaxing stay. Note that we are expecting a baby in March 2026 and we live upstairs. You may hear the baby’s cries. This bright and airy upstairs apartment is charming and inviting. You’ll have everything you need for a lovely stay. Each room has a queen sized bed and there are 2 roll-away cots. Close to state trails, the Eisenhower Locks, Massena Intake boat launch, and only a few miles out of town. It sits on the Grasse River on a dead end road, and has plenty of room for boaters with a trailer.

Private 160 acre forest haven, 4 miles of hiking trails, private fire pit picnic table and swim hole in summer! The cabin is 24x40 with two stories and a large screened in porch.
