I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. Tina's Airbnb is a centrally located property in Muscat, about a 20-25 minute walk to the Muscat corniche and souq. Quite, clean, and well-stocked. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries in the surrounding area. O-Taxi worked great getting to and from the property.

Exactly what I was looking for, a simple and peaceful escape from the rush of the world. I took the folding chair to the beach and read my book with my feet in the sand. Great host and lovely location

MK and his brother were very welcoming. We truly enjoyed our time at their place. Wish we had stayed longer at their place. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Muscat. Waves is 5 mins away, our family truly enjoyed and place was super clean. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Muscat next time again.

Great place, better than pictures, felt like at home, the house is really beautiful! One only downside were the cars coming and going on the beach at night outside the house and people having barbeques next to the cars leaving a lot of rubbish! we have been during Eid celebrations so the number of car was probably higher than normal!

Stayed at Majid’s house with my family and it was a fantastic house. Has everything you could dream of and close to the beach. Was especially nice with the elevator for my elderly parents and kids room for our little daughter. Would definitely recommend to anyone and Majid was super helpful and quick to respond. Only thing I would improve are the the photos on Airbnb. The place is even nicer in real life than the photos show :)

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

Appartement très spacieux pour 3 .. salle de bain dans chaque chambre .. très agréable...mais nous n'y sommes restés qu'une une seule nuit .. environnement en construction.. proche aéroport mais bien isolé.. ce que nous avions recherché.. ne pas oublier de prendre adaptateur pour prises électriques si vous souhaitez recharger Je pense parfait pour un séjour plus long Encore merci à Ibrahim pour sa réactivité à notre arrivée tardive
