Vacation rentals with a patio in Oman

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. The apartment was very beautiful. The location was excellent, close to markets, beaches, and easy to Aten. The apartment is spacious and clean. Furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials. Hussein Maqsar and made it easy for us to enter and gave us excellent suggestions for places. If it revolves around a quiet and comfortable place in Salalah, I strongly advise Hussein's apartment.

Awesome apartment with a really nice pool. Swimming beach and restaurants within walking distance. Beds are very comfortable.

5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

I would like to say that the place is really nice, near to the old city, with beautiful garden. Then he offered to us dates and accommodation. Do not hesitate to be his guest . Thanks a lot .

Really great place for staying! Cozy, clean with tropical forest around, historical place, museum and the sea-ocean in 2 min. Feels like at home, making barbecue on terrace and playing with kids at the activities area) Very friendly and helpful personnel!

From the moment I made the booking until the end of my stay, everything exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

The view from the flat was absolutely gorgeous. The place is right in front of a huge and beautiful beach, close to Wadi Darbat, easy to access by car. There is nothing better than hearing the sound of the waves when you wake up. I definitely recommend this place.

Happy to stayed at this place in Hawana. Apartment is perfectly located in Hawana. Existing dish washer and washing machine makes the stay very convenient. The host was really friendly and reply mostly immediately. W e can definitely recommend this place.
