It has LIMITED views of the gulf from the private balcony. It's on the east side, 2nd floor & sleeps 3! This condo has newer appliances, tile floors, a new A/C & 40" tv. Not twin size but 30" x 75" The beach and pool is just a few steps away from the elevator.

You will absolutely love everything about this condo, from the fun, beachy decor to the sounds of the ocean waves while sitting on the top (3rd) floor balcony.
