Alagoa is a municipality in the traditional South of Minas, among the beautiful mountains of Serra da Mantiqueira. Families produce the famous and award-winning "Queijo de Alagoa" (Alagoa Cheese), including in France. An award-winning olive oil producing municipality, it has the facilities of a modern factory, and olive groves, which can be visited. Arriving is already an experience: a short trail (100m) takes you to this paradise with a private hot tub, sauna and deck. If you feel like a dip, the Alambari River is right there! Chalet in Terras Altas do Nogueira, 24 km from Aiuruoca and 7 km from Alagoa, ideal for rest and contact with nature. New and cozy space with a full kitchen, living room with a 42” TV and two bedrooms: one with a queen-size bed and the other with two single beds, one of which is an extra bed. The property has its own water, orchard, clay oven, wood stove and flat area for sports. The Beach Tennis court is located in the centre of Aiuruoca and can be used subject to availability and booking.

The chalet is located in Alagoa, in the region known for Mantiqueira's delicious artisanal cheeses. Surrounded by idyllic mountain ranges, the region offers plenty of peace and tranquillity. Nearby, there are several rapids with crystal-clear waters and historic tunnels from the imperial mining era, making it the perfect place to escape the daily grind, unwind, and connect with nature. To complete the tour, we offer a visit to a factory producing artisanal cheese in Alagoa.

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.
