Alagoa is a municipality in the traditional South of Minas, among the beautiful mountains of Serra da Mantiqueira. The chalet is located in Alagoa, in the region known for Mantiqueira's delicious artisanal cheeses. Surrounded by idyllic mountain ranges, the region offers plenty of peace and tranquillity. Nearby, there are several rapids with crystal-clear waters and historic tunnels from the imperial mining era, making it the perfect place to escape the daily grind, unwind, and connect with nature. To complete the tour, we offer a visit to a factory producing artisanal cheese in Alagoa.

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

We are at an altitude of 1,760 meters, in Mantiqueira National Park. Itamonte is in the south of Minas Gerais at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Our property is 25 km away from the center of Itamonte (12 km of asphalt plus 13 km of dirt road). In rainy periods (SUMMER) inquire in advance about the DIRT ROAD CONDITIONS and the weather forecast. We accept small to medium-sized dogs that ARE NOT PUPPIES.
