Swimming from the rocks in the sea, but no sauna or jetty. SUP board. Conveniently equipped with electricity, running water, fibre optic internet, air-source heat pump for heating & cooling. A stone's throw from Herröskatan Nature Reserve, rich flora and observation towers, some fortress ruins from the Russian era 1809−1917. A short walk there, or use the loaner bikes. Sturdy "tree house," toys.

Cozy little cottage with an open-plan layout, kitchenette, gas stove, microwave and fridge. Option to have breakfast indoors. A small sleeping alcove with a double bed and a separate sauna. There are two decks, the one on the west side 20 metres from the water, with a dining table for 6 people and an incredible view of the open sea and the horizon. There is also an outdoor sink on the east-side deck, as well as a gas grill. A dry toilet right outside the sauna, as well as a separate, newly built shower and laundry room, and a composting toilet a short distance away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house is beautifully located by the water with a large private dock that was updated this year, but it is not suitable for small children to swim in. If you want to take a dip, you can do so from the bathing steps. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Possibility to use a spa bath on the outside, for an EXTRA fee of 50€/day. If you want to use the bath, LET US KNOW in time. Child-friendly public beach is 1.2 km from the property. Grocery store about 2 km away. 15 km to Mariehamn. Crib available.
