Guerilla Hotel Klipphus 3 is a waterfront cliff house with an exceptional location overlooking the Baltic Sea, designed by renowned architect Thomas Sandell. Our cozy log house is located on the beach with beautiful views over Färjsundet. The cottage is fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, fireplace and air heat pump. There is one double bedroom, one loft with two single mattresses as well as one sofa bed. The jetty is located at the beach which is swimming-friendly and has a boat place. Fishing permit can be bought in Godby. The cottage is only 2 km from Godby center, about 16 km from Mariehamn and 9 km from the golf course.

Private beach house just 10 min from city

Enjoy your private beach house, only 10 minutes from the center of Mariehamn. In the newly renovated house, there is a modern kitchen with everything you need for your stay, such as, as well as a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. On hot summer days, you can stay comfortable with the AC system. Outside the house, you can relax on the terrace. Just 20 meters from the terrace, you have your own private seaside terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day long!

Boathouse cottage including kayaks, boat and bikes

The cottage is located on/right by the sea, still only 6km from the city center. On the 2nd floor you find the bedroom, kitchen/living room and a big balcony. On the 1st floor we have a bathroom, shower and a comfortable sauna with an extraordinary sea view. During the winter the cottage is closed when it’s very cold. Please note that from Oktober to March the rowing boat and kayaks we will not be available for you to use.

Beach Cottage with Sauna

The fire bursts from the sauna while the sea of Åland opens up through the large windows. Relax on the large terrace with adjacent relaxation lounge and listen in the wave puppy roaring in the beach stones. Fagerudda sauna is secluded with its own beach only 500 meters from Björnhofvda Gård. From the parking area, the beach sauna is accessed via a beautiful hilly 200m long forest path down to the sea.

Beach Cottage 2

The cottage is located only a few meters from the sea of Åland with its own beach. The cottage has a dry toilet in a separate building. In the spring the cottage is very suitable for bird watching, the place known for migratory bird stretch. Spring winter and late autumn fishing of sea trout is good.
