If you are planning to stay in this district of Avsallar, this place is one of the best. It is well-equipped, and as of January 2025, the equipment is in good condition, perfectly maintained, and carefully looked after by its hosts. The building is also tastefully decorated. However, having a car is highly recommended for this district of Avsallar. And dear Avsallar Municipality, I am sure that you will plant some greenery around, rlght? In conclusion, for me, seaside or Avsallar center accommodations are either too pricey or moderately conditioned and not well-maintained. This district is new and clean but requires a car for convenience.

Great location. Neighborhood with many restaurants and a shopping mall + food court nearby and at the same time quiet. Playground for children, and swimming pool with slides that are part of the residence. Clean and tastefully decorated apartment + what you need as utensils. Very responsive host by message.

The house was very clean. It had everything needed. It would be much better to have personal cleaning products (shampoo, toothpaste, etc.). Other than that, everything was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The owner is very nice, friendly and caring. Thank you very much for everything and I will definitely recommend it to others. 🥰

Выбрав их, вы сделаете один самых верных решений в сове путешествии., Staying next to Birol and Gülsüm was a spontaneous decision that I didn't regret. It was truly gorgeous. I ended up with a great family that made my stay as comfortable and cozy as it could be. I felt like part of a family. I will remember our live conversations/breakfasts/evenings forever. And part of my heart stayed in beautiful Gülsüm and wonderful Birol. By choosing them, you'll be making one of the right decisions on your journey.

Everything was nice and clean. Really good neighbourhood good restaurant and markets. Totally worth the money.

The place is nice. Location is on a "party" side, expect to hear the music at night. Close to the beach and groceries, had few nice bakeries around. Electricity and water bills are charged separately (which is common for Turkey) so read the description of property.

Very nice and beautiful place, clean air, mountains, there are gardens with persimmon, apples, limes, a lot of flowers, everything is kept in a well-maintained condition, there is a place to walk with excellent views of the city, sea and mountains. Very cozy apartment setting, like home, everything is thought through to the smallest detail, everything you need is there (and even more). Marina was available all the time, helped in all matters. A big plus is the opportunity to use the infrastructure of the complex (swimming pools, bath complex, gym). In the main building there is a good restaurant on the 16th floor, very tasty and at reasonable prices, a mini store with everything you need. Of course, with a car it would be much more convenient, but in season there are free shuttles to the beach, and 3 times a day paid bus to the center of Alanya - there are options. We ordered delivery of products from Migros, conveniently. 2 weeks flew by quickly, we were satisfied. Thanks to Marina!

Our stay was so pleasant, we wanted to cry when it was time to go. My children even made me promise to bring them back. We felt like locals and met many wonderful people. Waking up and seeing the sea and walking and seeing the mountains was just dreamy. After traveling all over the world, Alanya is hands down the most beautiful. We settled so quickly into the clean, homey surroundings and had everything we needed to make meals for our family. I will miss it so much! Thanks for EVERYTHING Simona and Mustafa!

Truly a very beautiful apartment, made in a modern design, expensive appliances and furniture , everything is thought out to the smallest detail. A variety of built-in home appliances , such as a dishwasher , are pleasant to the accommodation. The most gorgeous view from the window, everything you need is within a walking distance. Separately, I would like to note how quickly the host responds to requests and questions.

Super nice place Very comfortable mattresses and pillows (slept like a baby) The apartment is very big and clean, high floor, and you can see the sea from the balcony. The facility have 2 pools (inside and outside (with water slides), sauna, salt room and a gym. Local restaurants right at the door, Beach is very close (walking distance).

Everything was fine, the apartment was so clean and well located…only few minutes to main square, groceries, shops and beach! If I want to travel to Alanya again, I’d definitely contact Serhat!

It was really good. He greeted us at the door. When we arrived, there was a small problem with the electricity and he immediately took care of it and resolved it in minutes. We rented another place, but one of the villas he rented made us have a better experience because he was available. Thank you very much. This is our new address when we go to Alanya. It is recommended to everyone.

An excellent option for Alanya - we stayed only one night and off-season, but the place was spotlessly clean, check-in was easy and flexible timewise and the pool looked inviting. Street parking was free and easy. We enjoyed our stay. Equipping the kitchen a bit more would be welcome, but it was not a problem. Can recommend!

We were lucky to get a very last-minute booking (other booking fell through); Ferdi was helpful and everything was made easy. The spacious little townhouse is within a large hotel complex. We were very comfortable. The two balconies are in direct sun all morning. Electricity and water are charged for separately; for our three-night stay this was only a few pounds.

It's a resort on top of a hill. Very spacious apartment with a nice view. Good gym and other facilities. Make sure you have a car when you come here (or use taxis), since the distance to the town is quite far.

Erhan and his team Gül and Ayshe were really nice from the first to the last day. Very helpful. We stayed in the apartment for a month and we are super happy. The apartment is well equipped, clean , newly built. The Silence garden fills up its name. For children the family is the great choice to stay in the Silence garden, where there is a cafe as well. On our first day we were surprised, the owner left pasta, oil, salt, pepper water for us, then we didn't have to go shopping right away. I was surprised on the last day with a cake because I fill up all the time :) don't know what else can I tell you. Everything was at the top level. I'm sure to come back. The apartment was very nicely brightly decorated, so that it was remote, you have a lot of privacy. Messages were responded to quickly and everything was problem-free.
