Beachfront vacation rentals in Alba Adriatica

We stayed with Alfredo in May. At this time, the beaches are still very empty but we were already able to rent umbrellas and sun loungers just around the corner on the beach. The apartment of Alfredo is well suited for 2 people. We had a lovely time in Montesilvano. Thank you very much

Very pleasant vacation at the house of Marco Claudio, a helpful and very kind person. Upon arrival we found a bottle of great red, bread, a salami, a large basket of fresh fruit, and coffee pods for the machine. We were offered a great aperitif during the stay. Great attention to the guest. The house is beachfront (also a free beach) and in front of a pine forest with a children's playground. It has a comfortable garden, large living room, spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms both with a bathtub. Small kitchen but with everything you need (2 refrigerators and 1 dishwasher). Highly recommended apartment!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

We arrived mid September after spending some time in Rome and the Amalfi and needed a relaxing time Which the location and Milas apartment provided. The location is quiet, beech Awsome you can walk for miles and we did. Inside the apartment we didn’t want for anything. A great experience for our first Airbnb 👍 thanks Mila.

Great apartment and very well stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen there was no shortage of dishes. We had a great time in particular regarding the proximity to the sea and amenities. Antonio was always available and courteous in particular on the occasion of a breakdown of an important appliance, he immediately went out of his way to find a replacement and saved the situation. The only drawback of the apartment was the lack of air conditioning for us, on certain nights we missed it. Fortunately, the heat was not comparable to that of the Po Valley, so all in all it went well with the fans only. Ultimately great apartment, great location and great host. Recommended

The house is easy to find. Mrs. Cristina always answered all our questions promptly. The house is a few steps from the sea, it has an internal courtyard where you can park the car closed with a gate, although close to a campsite is a quiet dock. A nice spacious bathroom, even the other very comfortable rooms, a beautiful surprise was a small vacuum to store both empty suitcases and for the waste to be separated. You can reach it comfortably with the elevator, but it is not close to bothering the noise. Personally, living near a train I did not find the passage of trains so intrusive, which in any case there are not many, especially at night there is no passage. I highly recommend it

We had a great time, the apartment is cozy and clean, the location was awesome and very near to the beach and the restaurants. Perfect refuge in a home away from home! We will be back!

Clean and tidy apartment, it has a large shaded terrace that can be used from breakfast to dinner, with views of the pool and sea. From the terrace you can access a small garden that leads directly to the pool. A short walk from Via Verde, the bike path on the seafront of the Trabocchi coast.

Angela and Massimilliano are very friendly and helpful. In between, ask if everything is okay or what is missing. Since they also live in the house themselves, they are quickly on site in case of problems. Communication is quite fast. About the apartment The view will just be phenomenal. But you should be aware beforehand that you are on the 15th floor and the railing is a little more than waist high. Otherwise, everything is positive. The apartment is equipped with everything that is sufficient for daily needs. Kitchen, washing machine, hair dryer, basic amenities and more. Towels and bedding were fresh. Our dog was also very welcome. The cafe on the first floor has a good selection in the morning for coffee and we enjoyed our sack there every evening. The parking is locked and free of charge. It's a few minutes walk to the beach. Across the street and there. We enjoyed our holiday and would be happy to come back.

The host is very conscientious and responded promptly to questions. The apt and building were spotless. Many restaurants close by. Excellent beach almost at your door. Would highly recommend this property.

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

we stayed in Emilia's wonderful house for one night, everything was perfect : the terrace with a breathtaking view, the quiet, the garden is very nice, the sea view from the bed inside the house, highly recommended ✨

The apartment is new and although it is small, it has the necessary space for a holiday. We had no problem handling 3 children: two slept on the sofa bed and the smaller one in the camping bed that we have placed next to us. The bathroom is large with a comfortable and spacious shower. The air conditioning is served on the hottest days although in Tortoreto the weather is mild. Private parking under the house and elevator is a convenience not surprisingly when handling a stroller. Maurizio was very kind and always available for any of our requests. Tortoreto is perfect for all families and I recommend Maurizio because it will make you feel like you are at home

Actually, everything was perfect. We were warmly welcomed, immediately felt comfortable and also the location was fantastic. The communication with Aleassandro was always helpful and always very appreciative. Unfortunately, due to the direct access to the beach, the noise level of the beach visitors and the people on the Boulevard very noisy and this mostly until after midnight. (This is not the landlord's fault though) If there was still air conditioning, this place would be some of the most ingenious I've ever seen. I'd love to come back !!!

We stayed in shoulder season so the town was quiet and not a lot of action. But we loved the place being right across the street from the beach. And it was clean and comfortable. Only thing we recommend is the host investing in better pillows for guests. Otherwise a great spot in a quiet beach centred community.

This was a spectacular Air BnB. We could not have been happier with our experience. Robert was an absolutely amazing host. Incredibly responsive and helpful. The place was clean and simply beautiful. The location is unmatched. We cannot wait to return. Close to Fossacesia, Lanciano, chieti etc. we are definitely coming back in the future. A fabulous experience.

We stayed at the Enrico apartments with two families. this is a great place for kids. the sea is very close. cozy courtyard for evenings. comfortable beds and large space in the dining room. the only inconvenience is one bath for all. but we got through it 🤣

Very comfortable apartment, we stayed with our 2 dogs, and convenient to enter from the private garden and not from the condominium access. The large veranda offers summer evenings to share with our dogs while relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet, it was nice to meet the mothers of the nearby apartments every morning, they passed in front of the garden to take the children to school, very familiar environment. It was relaxing to grill in the house in comfort with Abruzzo roasts. For the first time, my dogs could go directly from the bedroom to the garden thanks to the French door that leads outside. Massimiliano is very friendly. He was committed to giving us tips on good local restaurants. He's a very sociable host. It was a good experience. In autonomy and peace of mind!

The apartment is located very close to the beach, 5 min walking. We found inside everything what we needed, we really had a nice summer holiday with a lot of things around. Great location and we hope to comeback.
