The grounds are walled and gated with secure parking, private terrace and sun bathing area that catches the last rays, UK & ES TV channels. You are renting the whole Villa privately, no shared area's 100% private.

Casita Abanilla is located on our 4000m2 property. The casita is adjacent to an orchard with various fruit trees: oranges, grapefruit, mandarin, pomegranate. The casita has a fully equipped kitchen. The windows are equipped with screens and shutters. The casita is about 80 meters from the main house, so there is plenty of privacy. Peace and space are paramount. From the casita, you can look out over the mountains around Abanilla. And you can fully enjoy the view.

The living room is very spacious, bright with a large fireplace in the center of the living room. The views from the 2 windows of 3m each look like pictures as they enjoy unbeatable views. The bedrooms have a TV with internet and air conditioning. Also all bedrooms have their own bathroom for added convenience and privacy, all have a hairdryer. House of the Balsillas

Relax with the whole family or friends at this peaceful place to stay. The accommodation with its porch and barbecue is independent and private. It is on a 5000m2 plot, with parking, swimming pool, basketball hoop, Wi-Fi, ... this area is shared with the owner and/or other guests. There are several bathing areas in the Cabriel River, and there are also several springs (all thermal waters, 27 degrees) with their natural pools, as seen in the photos.

It has a living-dining room with a fireplace, TV, 2 bedrooms with double beds, an equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, etc.), a bathroom, and a terrace with a porch and barbecue. It is glazed. It has heating, bed linens, towels and kitchenware. From there you can go to the source of the Mundo River by a hiking trail without taking the car, which is very nice by the way.
