Cascina Distrutta è una sistemazione davvero incantevole, ben arredata e completa di tutto. Letti comodi, stanze spaziose, bagni grandi con sanitari recenti, caminetti che creano un'atmosfera calda e accogliente al punto da dimenticarsi la TV. Marta ha sempre risposto celermente e si è sempre dimostrata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Per completezza d'informazione lascio qualche info supplementare che avevo inizialmente frainteso a beneficio di chi verrà a soggiornare prossimamente: la quadrupla in mansarda e una stanza matrimoniale hanno il bagno indipendente, le altre due stanze matrimoniali hanno il bagno in comune collegato da un'anticamera con porte comunicanti. La sauna (nel momento in cui sto scrivendo questo testo) costa 30 euro al giorno e necessita l'apertura e l'accensione anticipata ad opera del vicino. Una cassetta di legna per il camino reperibile sempre dal vicino costa 10 euro, il sapone presente nei bagni è solo quello lavamani senza shampoo/docciaschiuma

Wir waren sehr glücklich mit unserem Aufenthalt bei Marco und Roberta. Sie waren jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar und haben uns unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich gestaltet. Marco hat uns bei Ankunft vom Bahnhof abgeholt und bei unserer Abreise wieder hingefahren. Das Airbnb ist wunderschön gelegen – die Bilder täuschen nicht! Grosser Pluspunkt auch für die ruhige Umgebung sowie die komplett abdunkelbaren Zimmer – unsere Kinder haben so lange geschlafen wie seit Ewigkeiten nicht mehr. Einzig die Küche könnte (für Menschen, die gerne kochen) etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage in Alassio und auf ein nächstes Mal.

Gilles is an easy contender for the kindest man in France. Let alone his hospitable acceptance and overall welcoming spirit. The peace and views of his home are very healing and much needed time to feel immersed in the landscape of the surrounding mountains. You can tell he built this place with his heart and soul and loves each moment shared in his home. All the best Gilles!

Un super séjour chez des hôtes très accueillants. Roberta et son mari ont été très disponible malgré une arrivée tardive liée aux conditions de circulation. Ils nous ont apporté des précieux conseils. La maison est un havre de paix au milieu de la nature. Vivement conseillé

We enjoyed our stay very much. Civezza is a nice, quaint, old town, about 6 minutes by car from the nearest beach. The apartment has a very beautiful terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills and mountains, and thanks to the olive tree (and an umbrella) there is shade from morning to evening. The apartment has its own entrance on the terrace side; the house is probably at least a hundred years old (like the rest of Civezza) but very nicely updated with all facilities (dishwasher, washing machine, TV, etc) and with all amenities nearby (grocery, restaurant, parking place, etc.). The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions for what we wanted to do.

Io, mio marito e la nostra cagnolona Gina abbiamo trascorso in questo luogo magico i giorni tra Natale e Capodanno. Immersi nel silenzio della natura, abbiamo vissuto in totale relax 5 giorni tra passeggiate Gina, letture ed escursioni nei paesi vicini dove abbiamo trovato ristoranti buonissimi. La casa è bellissima, più bella ancora che in foto. Luminosissima, calda e dotata di ogni comfort. Jessica si è resa da subito disponibile per ogni necessità. Non ce n'è stato bisogno perchè la sua casa ha tutte le carte in regola per essere un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Siamo partiti, col desiderio di tornare al più presto.

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Heerlijk huisje met een fantastisch uitzicht. Bij aankomst werden we opgehaald op een afgesproken makkelijk te vinden plaats zodat we niet hoefden te zoeken. Lieve enthousiaste verhuurders. We komen hier graag nog een keer terug

Hi, vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist richtig schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Für unsere Kinder war das Trampolin ein Highlight. ( Es wurde aufgrund dessen nicht so viel nach dem Internet gefragt☺️) @Johan, wir bedanken uns für den netten Empfang und den lockeren Umgang. Ihr habt da echt was tolles erschaffen. The apartment of Andrea is in a old building. The furniture is old too but everything is functional and clean. The neighborhood is quiet, the terrace is big with a nice view. We enjoyed our stay there. For the price it was OK.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Gabriela und Werner, haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Alles war super eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hochwertig. Die Lage und die Aussicht sind atemberaubend, die Anlage selbst ist traumhaft. Vor allem die wunderbaren Gastgeber, ihr Gastfreundschaft und Bereitschaft, unseren Urlaub zu einem echten Erlebnis zu machen, sind hervorzuheben. Sehr positiv zu erwähnen ist der sehr gut sortierte Hofladen mit moderaten Preisen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub - vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder! Volker und Anne

nachdem wir uns mit unserem xl-bus nach sant‘ agata hochgearbeitet haben wurden wir sehr herzlich in empfang genommen. patrizia hat uns ganz schnell alles gezeigt, danach konnten wir die tolle anlage und den pool geniessen. villa angela ist super gepflegt und hat durch die höhenlage traumhafte aussicht bis zum meer, wenn es an der küste nicht zu diesig ist. weil wir ganz alleine dort waren, hatten wir die natur und die tolle location für uns 5 köpfige Familie ganz exklusiv. wenn alle apartments belegt sind muss man sicher mehr rücksicht nehmen, aber jeder findet immer ausreichend platz zu entspannen. zur ruhe zu kommen. wir kommen wieder!!!

Enrico war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend! Die Aussicht von der Terasse aufs Meer und die Olivenhaine waren wunderschön. Alles war sauber und so wie beschrieben! Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit und empfehlen es sehr weiter.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa: accoglienza calorosa; casa bellissima, ampia e molto pulita, dotata di diversi comfort come la piscina, la vasca, una cucina ben fornita e tante aree esterne tra cui un bel terrazzo. Uniche pecche il wifi non funzionante, forse per un problema temporaneo (ma a cui si può ovviare serenamente con la rete mobile personale) e la sala cinema con le casse che non si connettevano (magari dovuto a una nostra incapacità), ma sono cose che non hanno influito particolarmente sul nostro soggiorno, essendo spesso fuori casa. Comunque un'ottima esperienza che in estate potrebbe avere ancora più potenziale con un clima migliore e una piscina più calda!

This is a must stay place - so historic and a real gem if you like history and something different. The view over the new marina is beautiful.

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

Our stay at Graziella’s House in Mondovì was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The house is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Graziella truly thought of every little detail, from practical amenities to thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The beds were incredibly cozy, and we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and all the small items that made us feel at home. The location is perfect for exploring Mondovì and the surrounding areas. Graziella was always available to offer tips and recommendations, making our stay even more enjoyable. Punto forte della casa: la posizione fantastica soprattutto per chi ha bambini, circondata da negozi (a pochi metri da ottimo pasta fresca, mini market, gelaterie, bar) e adiacente alla ZTL quindi sicura per uscire di casa con i bambini in quanto priva di traffico. La spiaggia e il parco giochi sono a pochi passi. L'alloggio è comodo per un soggiorno di due adulti e due bambini. Il letto e il divano letto sono comodi, la cucina è ben attrezzata, e l'host ha fatto trovare anche qualche prodotto per la prima colazione e qualche bustina di condimenti per non dover subito fare la spesa. Anche l'ascensorino è comodo se ci si sposta con un (piccolo) passeggino. La descrizione dell'appartamento e dei dintorni corrispondono alla descrizione e i contatti con l'host sono stati rapidi e efficienti. Unica nota dolente:il pavimento dovrebbe essere pulito più a fondo perché lasciava i piedi neri (e io passavo la scopa più volte al giorno). Però siamo stati davvero soddisfatti e torneremo sicuramente

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento immerso nel verde, a 10 min dal mare, recentemente ristrutturato e completo di tutto. La vista dal soggiorno è fantastica. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili. Consigliato

Christina est une hôte très accueillante, la villa composée de deux appartements est très fonctionnelle. La très grande terrasse du RDC est très agréable et permet de profiter de l'extérieur. La maisons est à l'extérieur de la ville mais très proche des commerces et des activités. Merci pour ce weekend.

Très bon séjour dans ce logement. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise. Appartement propre, meublé simplement mais bien équipé.
