Large prestige apartment on the Presqu'île

Experience luxury with this spacious space that combines old-world character and contemporary comforts. Completely renovated by an interior designer, it has beautiful parquet floors, fireplaces and refined decor. The stay has been completely redone and the updated photos are being completed. Guest will enjoy the charm of an old apartment ideally located with all the contemporary advantages. Breakfast, towels and bedding are included in the service. Baby cot possible. It is not planned to be able to accommodate more than 4 adults. Guests have access to the entire place. I can be reached permanently via email and phone. The apartment is located on the Presqu'île, in the hyper-center of Lyon, 200 meters from Place Bellecour, close to the Perrache train station and a few minutes' walk from Old Lyon. All convenience stores are easily accessible. You can enjoy your stay on foot or with the TCL (Transport en Commun Lyonnais). Two Vélov stations are less than 50 meters from the residence. The apartment is on the 1st floor with a small urban elevator. Public parking 150 meters from the apartment. Building door access code 2931
