We had a great time, the apartment is perfect, clean, spacious, all the comforts, the environment is quiet and has a view of the lagoon and an exceptional sunset. If you want a relaxing vacation in an enchanting setting, I recommend it with the added bonus of a private and wild beach with very few people that we reached by boat 50 m from the apartment. Thanks to Tommaso for his availability and responsiveness, as well as to Litzi for hosting. I recommend this rental near Chioggia (beautiful) as well as beautiful VENICE. 10 stars 🌟 👌

The place was easily to reach, close to several bus stops. also, clean and has enough equipment for a short trip.

Fabio’s place is perfect for a trip to Bologna, there are lots of little shops and cafes close by and it is a short walk to the Piazza Maggiore, bars and restaurants. It is very near to Porta Saragozza, the first of the gates up to the San Luca monastery. The apartment was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location, excellent host, fantastic stay! Giovanni went above and beyond to ensure our trip was off to a great start…from picking us up at the water taxi station to the beautiful fruit, bottle of wine, and other staples he provided, to his suggestions for our stay. We would definitely recommend as a great place to stay when visiting Venezia. Lido was a beautiful island to explore, and a great base for our trip. We stayed 3 times over the course of 2 weeks and each time the check in process was seamless, and the apartment was spotless . Wonderful location and a quiet place to relax in after a fun day of exploration. Would recommend it without hesitation

This was home away from home- great homemade pastries and coffee included. She had plenty of information about local attractions. A great place to stay.
