The apartment is air-conditioned and parking (outdoor) is located under the structure near our garden.
“Denise's apartment is very comfortable and equipped with all the necessities for a small holiday in Maremma. Denise is very hospitable and willing to offer advice on areas to visit, the house is clean and for a week Denise also gave us a change of linen and towels, it had never happened to us! The house is in an optimal position to reach the Argentario, the Terme di Saturnia and the Parco della Maremma. Absolutely recommended!”
In the heart of Orbetello Taty House is a new studio flat of 30sqm with kitchen, bed and bathroom. Completely independent is a great choice to visit the Argentario and live the splendid town of Orbetello. Let's talk a little English and my wife speaks Russian. We look forward to you with simplicity and courtesy! Salvatore and Valentina.
“This was a last-minute booking and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed riding the available bicycles to the nearby island on the dedicated bike and pedestrian path. Evening walks on the main village street were lovely. Access to food and the availability of a kitchenette made food easy. Salvatore was wonderful, we felt so welcome and taken care of.”
The property has 8 rooms with independent external entrance and all the necessary for a comfortable stay. Furnished with taste and simplicity, they are equipped with bathroom with shower and air conditioning that allows us to welcome our guests even in the warmer seasons but no less rich in charm as the land of Maremma gives at all times. And right from our terrace and veranda, adjacent to the common room, you can admire fabulous views and sunsets
“What a beautiful place! The rooms are purpose built with just enough space and cute little bathrooms (not much leg room between toilet and shower) but you won't spend much time in there anyway because there is a pool, a dining area, an extra wooden hut with a kitchen, and the most magnificent views from anywhere on the property. Luca, the host, is a very kind and polite man, so is the lady who prepared the breakfast for me. She even lit the fireplace although I was the only guest (in November). If you should find yourself there out of season like me and are desperately looking for an open restaurant like me try the pizzeria Da Gigo e Licia in Poggio Murella. They were funny and generous.”
