Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Parties and receptions are not accepted. Located in the heart of the Rhône Valley, halfway between Lyon and Valence, the Plaine gîte offers a 100 m² independent house that is quiet and full of charm, accommodating up to five people. Close to the Rhône Valley vineyards (Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu, Château-Grillet, Saint Joseph...) and the Pilat mountain range, and close to the activity sites of Feyzin and Roussillon or the Saint Alban power station.

Small studio nestled in the Drome des Collines, in the countryside, close to tourist places such as the Chocolate Museum, the Ideal Palace of Postman Cheval and the House of Marthe Robin. Close to famous vineyards. Come and spend a little while or a longer time to recharge your batteries in a bucolic setting. The studio is in a wing of the building, inhabited only by guests. To access it, you have to cross the house yard.
