House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Shops are reached by foot. 🚗 1min from Collonges la rouge and close to 8 other ''most beautiful villages in France''. Noise can sometimes be heard from the last apartment between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. We are very cautious in the presence of travellers.

Semi-buried cabin

I built this semi-buried and vegetated cabin in the middle of nature, 1.5 km from the center of Argentat, using mainly wood taken from the site or from my forests. Bordered by a small communal path only accessible to pedestrians, the place is peaceful. Only 2 other cabins about 50 meters apart occupy this place.
