Wonderful house, with all the amenities, namely the kitchen. The photographs exactly depict the dwelling. Very quiet place and a minute walk from the main street of the village, where you can find pharmacy, mini-market, stationery and several restaurants. Very close to wonderful beaches! Francisco was super friendly and attentive to our questions. We had an immense desire to return to this house and to be able to enjoy the pool (because of the rain we could not)! It was a fantastic weekend, with the creation of excellent memories!

Quinta das Andorinhas - Alentejo (countryside and beach)

I loved the house of Cláudia. It is in a small town where the sossego reigns. It was exactly what we needed. The house has everything to spend some wonderful days. And super comfortable. The terrace is wonderful, you can read a book in the tranquility of the countryside, sunbathing, or just meditating. The restaurant in front has good food , has a mini pertissimo market. We feel like coming back.

The Fisherman's House - Lagoa Travessa

We loved staying in Carvalhal in Thomas’ house. Beautifully designed and furnished, close to one of the best beaches in Comporta, with great restaurants, shops and gorgeous scenery, this was the perfect beach holiday with our family. Thomas was an outstanding host and went above and beyond to give local recommendations both in Comporta and Porto - all were excellent. Highly recommend.

Casa do Rrozal

We had an awesome stay at Edite's house. The house is located in a small village named Arez, which is an excellent location to use as a base to explore the Alentejo region. Many interesting places (beautiful beaches, ruins, historical sites, etc.) are within 30 minutes or an hour drive thus making this location ideal for day trips. The house is super super clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The quiet outdoor area, with amazing views of rice fields and countryside, is ideal for enjoying an outdoor meal. The beds are comfortable and even the beautiful cotton linens were pressed! Our host (Edite) was such a pleasure to get to know as she is so personable and accommodating. If you're looking for a quiet and relaxed environment surrounded by friendly people, Edite's house is the place. We've stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, and this property stands out as one of the best. A huge thank you to Edite for helping to make our Portuguese vacation a wonderful experience!!!

Casa das Pérgolas Summer/Winter Retreat, Comporta

Sara gave us clear instructions on who we are in communication with during check in and check out. The Airbnb home is beautiful, open, immaculate, peaceful, and quiet—just what my family needed. We already had reccomendations from friends of where to visit in Comporta, but staying at Sara’s location really added to the experience. If you come to Comporta during on season or off rent Sara’s place.

Villa in Comporta

It’s been a great experience! Maria has been very responsive while giving us some local recommendations. The description and the pictures are accurate. It’s very close to the town of Comporta where you’ll find the best restaurants (Gomes and Calvarica are our favorites) and boutiques. We used the bikes to go to the rice fields in the mornings. It was really beautiful. You could walk to the beach through the rice fields then the dunes but it would take a good 15-20 minutes. I recommend you drive. Thank you Maria!
