Beachfront vacation rentals in Alcudia beach

The house is definitely worth its price. The equipment is great and in case of problems you get an answer directly from Mar&Joan. The beach is as on the pictures directly accessible and very beautiful. Within walking distance is a shop that has everything you need with a very nice shop owner!

We were in Mallorca for hiking in the first week of March. We felt very comfortable. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. Yadir is super friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the roof terrace with the great barbecue and beautiful views. Since we took care of ourselves completely ourselves, a completely equipped kitchen was important to us. There was really everything you need! Salt,sugar,oil,vinegar and many spices are already available. My tip:If you come in the off season, I recommend bringing slippers. The tile floor is quite cold. We will be happy to come back!Thanks for the wonderful time

Home from home. This place had everything and more that was needed. Location was perfect, everything walkable, shop right opposite for quick things. Home was spacious and quiet, lovely patios and gardens. Garage full of things you can use and nice for beach chairs and umbrellas. We stayed for 4 nights so came with minimal things but everything you needed they had there so we were thankful not having to buy wasted items. We had our elderly mom with us and she was able to walk to many of the places and into old town and alcuida port for dinners etc. Great restaurants on your door step too! A perfect stay and we would definitely be back! Antonia was responsive and lovely when we meet her at check out! Thank you for an awesome stay! ❤️

The house is as pictured, if not better. It has all the necessary amenities to spend a great vacation. The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a group stay. Francina was available from the time of booking, providing us with a lot of useful information about the area, and always available, generally a great host. The house is located on the waterfront of a very quiet and peaceful village, but not without amenities (restaurants, clubs, etc.). In addition, some of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca are located right near S'Illot. Overall, I recommend this stay because it felt like home.

Very nice apartment, quality bedding, very large terrace with an amazing view and quality furniture! We contacted Jose's wife who was very proactive and shared many recommendations for our stay! We went there in early April so still out of season, the neighborhood was quiet and had a pleasant stay!

There were four of us in the apartment for a week and we felt very comfortable. The amenities were as described, everything present and in good condition. Paula was always available and available to us. The location is great for exploring the surroundings. We had a rental car and for us it was a perfect base. Beach and also restaurants very easily accessible on foot, even with toddler. The street in front of the house is not very passable and does not disturb at all! We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely loved this Villa. It was in a peaceful tranquil location. The surrounding town had the required amenities, there is not a massive amount to do in Cala Mendia but local transport is easily accessible. The villa itself was beautiful and clean with the added touch of a beautiful pool.

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

A lovely apartment. Clean and spacious with two balconies to enjoy the sun. The views of the mountains were beautiful. It was just a short walk to the beach and the lovely pine walk and shops and restaurants were within 5mins away so an ideal location. Inma was a great host, very friendly and informative. It was very peaceful ( April) and very easy to park the car close by. We can't wait to return.

Patricia’s place is perfect for a stay in Puerto Pollenca. Perfectly located just a few minutes walk to the beach and with the bus station just around the corner. Patricia was incredibly quick to respond to any of our questions and was a wonderful host.

Great quiet location as we were looking for. The accommodation is very well-equipped inside and out. Everything is well thought of, nothing is missing. The accommodation is optimal for couple. Jacuzzi is really enjoyable . Hosts are thoughtful and easy to communicate. We highly recommend this place to stay on the island. Eric and Sandrine

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa in Mallorca! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach, which was ideal for our group. We stayed with two families, and the villa was incredibly spacious, offering rooms that easily accommodated everyone. One of the highlights was the huge garden, complete with a playground area for the kids. The villa was also very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — from kitchen supplies to beachtowels and even toys for the children. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family or a larger group!

We had a wonderful time at Guillem's place and would love to come back next year. The place and bedding is clean, has all the basic bathroom and kitchen utensils, including some welcoming drinks. It has a lovely terrace, where we enjoyed our morning sun breakfasts, after which we would then headed to the beach which is less than 50m away. You can see the sea from the roof terrace. Some beach toys for the kids were also available. Guillem and his mother were very welcoming, flexible and communicative. A great stay overall!

Beautiful Mallorcan house. fast, nice and easy communication with Francisca, warm welcome with a large plate of lemons and oranges as well as eggs, as we arrived at night and thus had something for breakfast. Clean rooms and bathrooms. I'd love to come back and full recommendation!

A modern home with fantastic views, private beach access and private garage. The balcony and the roof terrace are super nice. The accommodation is equipped with everything you need, even for children. Communication with Pilar was smooth and reliable. We recommend the place without restrictions. Very comfortable home in a fantastic location. Would love to return. We went at the end of the season and so it was quiet and peaceful but restaurants were still open
