Vacation rentals with lake access in Alcudia beach

Had a great stay at Joan's place. We liked the huge roof terrace best, where we were very happy to start and end the day. Even if the weather was not super good, we were able to get to know a lot of Mallorca, although it was always associated with some driving. The playground next door was heavily visited on dry days, but did not bother us at all by the noise level. The communication with Joan was great, if you had any questions or problems, there was always an immediate answer and a solution. We will be happy to come back again!

Nice apartment close to the sea with nice restaurant within walking distance. Good base for a family vacation and a responsive friendly host!

Xisco’s place was perfect as a base to explore the area. He was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for e-bike hire. The apartment is perfect and we would certainly stay there again next time we are in Mallorca. Brilliant, thanks Xisco.

Fantastic place for a family of 5 with 3 young children. Lots of indoor and outdoor space. Outdoor space is great with seating areas in the sun and shade. The automatic awning made lunches great to easily enjoy and shade the children. The lawn is also so kid friendly free from slips and made it a stress free and relaxing place to enjoy without having to watch their every move. Great location to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Being around the lake also made for another interesting feature to explore! Highly recommended and a great villa, thanks for the enjoyable stay!

The apartment was fabulous. Spacious, clean, very well equipped - it literally had everything we could have wanted and needed. Location is perfect, next to lots of shores, bars, restaurants and the beach is across the road. Toni was extremely helpful and responded to questions very quickly - pretty much instantly. Toni provided suggestions for local restaurants and told us about local farmers markets. We are cyclists and there is even access to the garage to store our bikes, tools etc. We were very pleased with all aspects of the rental and we will definitely use it again when we are in the area. Highly recommended.

We had a fabulous stay at Maria’s villa, the location was great for us, peaceful, within a 5 min walk to the beach and local amenities. We were on a cycling trip and the villa was in a perfect location for us. The villa was clean, tidy, the internet was good and it had everything needed for a comfortable enjoyable stay. Communication with the host was excellent, very friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel very welcome. The hot tub was also a welcome edition in the evenings especially when wanting to relax after a long day. Thank you for hosting our superb holiday on the island.

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

We spent almost a week there. The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The house itself was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our kids had a fantastic time. A beautifully located house in quiet surroundings – perfect for a relaxing break. The kitchen could be a little more extensive (more glasses, cutting boards, casseroles would be helpful). The furniture on the roof terrace is unfortunately damaged, but otherwise the house is very cozy and well furnished. The fast and friendly contact with the rental was particularly positive. Overall a good stay!
