In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

Good bus connections to Gothenburg, Sverigeleden in front of the house and own parking makes the accommodation easily accessible. 200 meters to the lake Mjörn which is good for fishing, swimming and beautiful environment!

We live in the very scenic area of Öijared, only 30 km from Gothenburg. The area provides lots of possibilities for recreation with beautiful foot- and cycle paths, Nääs Castle, café, crafts and only 1,5 km from one of Northern Europes largest golfcourses. You share the garden with us. We welcome all unprejudiced and lovely people.

Red charming cottage for 4-5 people, 60 square meters with nature outside the door. The cottage was built in 2020. Winter 2023 we repainted/repainted. 4 km to Ale Torg, close to swimming lakes, Ale Disc Golf Center, Ale Golf Club, nice walking paths, 3 km to Gothenburg, commuter train is available, 1 mile to Kungälv.
