NOTE: A "request to book" will need additional information prior to "confirming by the host". Verified ID and at least ONE Positive review & No Negative reviews from previous stays are needed. STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.
