First you will meet mrs hanyea she’s the sweetest, she walked me through the apartment, step by step explaining all the amenities and describe all the area for me where to go, what to do, what’s near by which area to avoid… the details she gave me was more than enough, in fact she went above and beyond to make sure my stay is secure and incredible, her husband Mr Ashraf was the second person I met, very helpful, he suggest couple places for me, as well the door man mr mohamad, he was very helpful during my stay, The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, the area is so nice, supermarket, ATM machines literally under the building, I really recommend this location to everyone, I was so impressed with the area and the walking distance to some cloth shops streets, shush’s and cafe’s. Area, the beach is less than 30 second away… I’ll come back for sure and I’ll rebook the same accommodation with hanyea and Ashraf Thank you guys you made my stay unforgettable

It was an exellent stay in Karim's apartment. Fatma ( Karim's mum) was an excellent host. she was very kind, cheerful, helpful and paying attention to every detail to make me satisfied and feel comfortable. she even prepared some sandwiches and egyptian tea for me which I really appreciated. The apartment was wide, clean and well orgnasied with that egyptian warm touch. I highly recommend to stay in Karim's house while in Alexandria. personally, If I return home, I will definitely stay in this location. Thank you Mrs. Fatma for everything.

Alaa is a really good host. The apartment is VERY clean and my room, too. The bed was good. It was a small room with an old chair, one towel, a prayer carpet, very small table, and one small fan, but still a good place to sleep. Just don't expect a sea view. The place is on the 17th floor, near the sea and easily accessible. They provide you with your own key for the room and the elevator. Also, there is a camera in the living room.

Great place to stay for business or holiday. Best WiFi and Internet connection that we had in 3 weeks in Egypt. I was able to do online meetings with clients and colleagues. Beds were very comfortable and had lovely bedspreads that lit up the room. Quiet up on the 9th floor for sleeping. Spacious private bathroom was straight across the hall and the shower was big with plenty of hot water. All was clean and in good condition. We ate breakfast comfortably at the table next to the shared kitchenette. Address is number 5, AirBnB seemed to have it as a few buildings away.
