Private 240 square foot guest quarters separate from our house. One bedroom and full bathroom. Directly on the Saint Lawrence River in the American narrows. One queen sized bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, TV, wifi, table & chairs. Alexandria Bay is 1.5 miles away. This is a No Smoking property, there is a $500.00 fee for smoking on our property. No children under 18. Boat dockage is not available. Sorry no motorcycles. Seasonal rentals from June 1st to September 30th.

Peaceful Getaway

Kick back and relax in this peaceful space. Guest house has two twin beds, private bathroom, microwave, toaster, Keurig, small refrigerator. The Guest House This private beautiful home sits on 50 acres of land with three ponds. The home was built in 2014. Sit out by the pond and enjoy the sound of the bull frogs. The lady of the house is a Reconnective healer and life coach. Sessions are available. We are 3 miles from Alexandria Bay and one mile from the St. Lawrence River. Very quiet, no neighbors. Great place to relax and get away.
