This is my second time here so obviously I think it's great. It's well-maintained, comfy, and in a beautiful hilly area. The studio is attached to her home but is on its own level and has no door leading to her house. For an attached unit, it feels pretty private. I didn't have a car and that worked out fine because I'm okay with hill climbing. It's about a 12 min walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, 20 min walk to the LA river and the coffee shops along it. Adrien was kind and a wonderful host!

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay! The house is new, clean, and beautiful. The host was very kind and gave us, detailed instructions for check-in, which made everything easy. My son like this place so much, he even asked me if we could stay more😆😆😆 This place is very convenient, there is many grocery store near by, it’s also close to the high way, and about 15 mins to downtown! It’s bad that there is many places I didn’t go this time, but I will definitely come back to here next time!

Great value compared to other listings in the area. Free parking in this neighborhood is a great benefit too! Great location (30-min walk to Cedars-Sinai, which was super helpful to us!). Julien was very responsive to my text messages. Never met Julien or Solange. Milo the golden retriever barked when we arrived but was super friendly, exactly as described :) The one negative was the strong odor of cleaning products, so we left all the windows open whenever we were in the space in order to air it out. The listing description & amenities should be updated to reflect: - Roku, which we found less smooth interface than Apple TV, as listed - cotton/poly linens, not Egyptian cotton, as listed - room darkening shades? - bed cover was kind of lumpy

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!
