The courtyard house is located in a quiet and peaceful residential area near Drottningholm, Lake Mälaren and beautiful natural areas. It is 500 meters to the nearest tram from where you can get to Stockholm city in 25 minutes.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction stovetop, hot-air oven. The bathroom with shower and washing machine. Quiet location in a pleasant residential area. 8-10 min walk to subway Mälarhöjden or Västertorp (by bike it takes 3-4 min). It then takes about 15-20 min to T-Centralen. Near Lake Mälaren, 750 meters, and beautiful walking paths.
