The place is clean, modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's exactly like the pictures. Both Walter and Diana are kind and helpful. The beach is close and the center. We were very satisfied.

Very nicely located apartment which is very lovingly furnished. The kitchen, on the terrace with very nice views, is equipped with everything you need. The communication was straightforward, the reception very nice, with fresh flowers and fruit from the garden under the apartment.

Staying here was magic and I wish I could have stayed longer! Having such a private spot and access to the water so close was a game-changer and there are not many places like this on Panarea. It was easy to walk into town but super quiet and relaxing in the evening. The decor is perfect! Carlo has such great style. I felt so happy to have booked here as it was everything I needed for my stay in Panarea.

Lovely place above the sea. Outstanding view. Five minutes by car to the beach in town. Lots of serpentines to get there. Great sightseeing in the region. Beaches, natural reserves, Greek theatre, all beautiful and interesting. Aldo is the perfect host. Relaxed, friendly, generous. Provided the basics like coffee and olive oil. Apartment is funktional, pretty, clean and very quiet. We were there as a family of four. There is one room with two bedsofas. Basically you sleep in the kitchen, for us it was just fine. Big bath and terraces. Thank you so much. Hope to be back one day.

Giuseppe was an exceptional host, ready to help us in any way and really helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect for those who want to get around on foot like us, in fact it is a 5-minute walk from the station and 3 minutes from the sea, restaurants, bars, there is also a Conad a stone's throw away. The apartment was stocked with everything! Thanks again!

The apartment was even nicer than in the photo, very large, clean and brand new. The location, just in front of the sea, very comfortable. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Gabriele was an extremely helpful and kind host, immediately available for every need or suggestion. Absolutely recommended, we'll be back!

The apartment is warm with its wood paneling, its large wooden doors that open to the beautiful terrace that has sea view. What a pleasure to eat quietly outside, sitting facing the sea and being surrounded by nature, mountains, the sea while being 15 minutes from the historic center of the city. What could be better, in addition, than having the opportunity to eat oranges ripe in the sun, picked from our host's garden. This apartment is equipped with a brand new fridge and stove, and the cleanliness of the apartment is spotless. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived, she welcomed us warmly, answered any questions we had, gave us beautiful places to visit and suggestions for good restaurants. Knowing that we wanted to rent a car for the day, she gave us a reference where the price was very affordable and where the staff spoke French. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

We were guests of Paolo in the beautiful Lipari. The location of the house is great, you can easily get around downtown, it is close to several restaurants and bars. Very clean and cozy environments, very large spaces. We felt at home . We really recommend Paolo's solution who will know how to be kind and welcoming as he was with us.

This is a great place in the centre of Milazzo. Maria was very friendly and helpful on checkin. Everything was very clean, and there were toiletries and cleaning gear for the kitchen. The kitchen well equipped except for the absence of a few utensils, such as a knife for preparing food, but if you prefer eating out there are plenty of restaurants and take away places in easy walking distance.

Apartment in a great location. Comfortable with every service and beachfront. Roberto and Alessandro were present and responsive to my questions. Walter's place is great. It is clean and everything that was promised. The location is excellent in that you are smack in the middle of the daction, yet, just enough to the side to be protected from any wandering tourists. The spot is right off the main drag in a tight side path, and though car traffic is near non-existent, it can be loud because of friendly locals chatting directly outside (and Italians are quite loquacious!). Closing the window takes care of most of this. Note that the keybox is located in the next/parallel street. And one word of caution: when you put the double bed down, you will need to use some force - I almost did not use it because I was too hesitant to apply the necessary force.

Wonderful place, wonderful location, very charming and clean. Looking forward to returning.

Very warm house, super well equipped. Gustavo was kind enough to pick us up directly from the boat, on the way he was able to tell us places to visit (great tips). Very quiet corner, not far from the city center, all done on foot. A little extra for access to the mother 2min walk away. We recommend 100% Excellent!! Thanks again

We had a nice stay at the apartment. We were provided fresh lemons and medlars from the garden which was great! We loved the jasmine scent that wafted in the sea breeze each day. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for our belongings. The kitchen space is small and limited but we cooked many meals at home. The tv was large and modern. The pool was set up in mid May and we enjoyed lounging around the pool area. Cannetto is the best place to stay on Lipari and the location of the apartment is right in the middle of the bay and only a few blocks up the hillside. The island is gorgeous and we loved exploring the beaches, volcanoes, and cute towns.

Great location for hiking nearby, very quiet area. There is a shop under the well-stocked accommodation with very kind people. Special thanks to Salvatore for his time. A few steps away there is a restaurant, the number one where you can eat well and the staff is very kind
