Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

You will be staying in the geographical centre of Hamburg – a perfect starting point for your Hamburg trip. The subway is just 100 metres away and will take you to the shopping district, the town hall, or the harbour in a few minutes. We have free parking right outside our door. The guest suite in my townhouse offers you privacy and a cozy place to retreat. A 24-hour fitness studio, a supermarket, cafés, and restaurants are right at your doorstep, and a modern swimming pool is also not far away.

Quick connection to the city center in 20 minutes, whether by train S21 or car, the regional train 2x hour in 12 minutes.

Very convenient—mostly direct—transport connections to numerous attractions: U1, (7 min. walk), U3 (10-min. walk), Bus 16 (4-min. walk). Bus X 22 (4-minute walk). The 55 m² apartment is modernly decorated and has underfloor heating. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a detached house. It has separate access via a narrow staircase. The apartment is ideal for singles, couples or a family with a toddler.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
