Attractive and quietly located 3-room apartment centrally located and close to the train station ideal for business people, trade fair visitors and tourists. All public transportation, shopping and the old town are within walking distance. The Christmas market is a comfortable 15-minute walk through Christmas-decorated streets and the fair usually takes a maximum of 15 minutes by U-Bahn [subway] (it is only 5 stops from us).

This is a private room in a very centrally located apartment with shopping, many restaurants and pubs nearby. The Christmas market and many other sights are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The Sebalder Höfe parking garage is 300 meters away. Good connection to the three U-Bahn lines. The apartment is available to you alone as I am currently abroad.
