The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

We had a great time with 4 adults and a 2 year old child. Apartment is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Great terrace where you could usually enjoy the sea view protected from the wind. We will be happy to come back.

Cozy and highly recommended accommodation, located in a quiet and beautiful area of the village, a stone's throw from the beach. We were very comfortable and we will definitely be back.

The truth, the apartment has been a thousand times better than what you see in the photos, the hostess leaves you quite a few useful for the day to day, towels, blankets and all the comforts... Due to the blackout suffered in Spain this Monday, in principle my partner and I would go back to Madrid on Tuesday, however, the train was canceled and Rosa, the hostess had a lot of understanding and let us stay one more night and without paying anything extra... I don't know what we would have done but. In conclusion, it was one of the best places we have been to spend a couple of days and disconnect, the area is very quiet and we had a great time, if I go back to Almeria, I would definitely repeat it on the airbnb itself. Since I made the reservation I was attended and bian informed of the different details. David's kindness was always manifested. the place was nice, quiet ones called attention to the friendliness of the people. The restaurant with good service and quality of the dishes. The owner is very friendly and always attentive to everything. The house is just like the photos, spacious, comfortable and nice. I have no complaints, we loved it. It's also very close to the beach, the beach is literally behind the development. You can also walk to a boulevard where there are several restaurants, very comfortable, it is also 1-2 hours from Almería and close to Cabo de Gata and its villages about 30-40 minutes away. We were very comfortable at Maria's place. The town of Las Negras is a special place to disconnect and the house is located in one of the best places in the village, both close to the beach and leisure places. The house is large, comfortable, with all the necessary accessories, within a new and quiet development. The views from the terrace are a great plus for the house. María was attentive to our possible needs. Definitely recommend.

It was my partner and I on the May Bridge and fell in love with the area and Byron's lovely and cozy studio. Comfortable, modern, as shown in the pictures. We were greeted with a box of chocolates, towels at our disposal, gel, shampoo, even laundry detergent if needed, as it has up to a washing machine inside the bathroom. It features WIFI, Air Conditioning… It has a very cute terrace where you can sit quietly to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the site. Highly recommended! The apartment is very spacious. 2 large rooms, even in one of the rooms 3 children could fit without a problem. Large living room, with lots of light, as well as the terrace. Flexibility in check-in time, and good communication with the host. The area is very quiet, the whole town in general, ideal for a vacation looking for relaxation and disconnection.

The stay was a 10. We were a group of 7 friends who decided to celebrate New Year's Eve together for another year, and we found this house by chance. The published photos and the area where it is located captivated us and we decided to visit it. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Maria, who adapted to our schedule as we arrived (we had to eat on the way and change the arrival time). They didn't give us any trouble. When we got there, the house does not do justice to the photos published, the interior, the decoration, the views... the sunsets captivate you for a few minutes, and the entire outdoor area is adapted to enjoy both the porch area and the outdoor table. Inside, everything is very well adapted and clean. They offered us basics like coffee, salt, ice and water at no extra cost. In short, a very cozy and recommended house. It is essential to visit the Cabo de Gata area and its surroundings, leaving time to enjoy the sunsets.

We had an excellent experience at Mario's home. The house has down to the last detail and is literally on the beach. It's beautiful to get up and listen to the waves. We went with my parents and my 8 month old baby and Mario brought everything I needed to make my baby perfect, brought a high chair and crib. We didn't miss a thing! Mario is pending in case you have any questions or problems. You can ensure a great stay in this place. We'll be back in the future.

A dreamy stay that I would recommend to everyone. My partner and I were looking for a place to disconnect and this house has exceeded expectations. It has beautiful ocean views and at night you can admire the starry sky away from the chaos of the city. It is equipped with everything you need and the cleanliness is excellent. In case of need, the village is a few minutes away in car. Mario and María José were very attentive and available. Would recommend without hesitation

The apartment is so well appointed and super clean with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The terrace is absolutely magnificent for breakfasts, dinners and star gazing. The location is so close to the beach and restaurants, bars etc with a mini supermarket across the road. We had a great stay in San Jose and loved the relaxed beach vibes, lovely eateries and cute Spanish square. We spent some of our days just hanging out and mooching about on the beaches and in the town. But it is so worth a very short drive to the beaches Genoveses and Monsul, they are spectacular and so picturesque. The coves nearby are perfect for snorkelling too and you can walk/hike to beaches very easily from the apartment. It’s just a beautiful, off the beaten track spot and we would happily take our family there again. Perfect for young kids, so much adventuring to do that’s very accessible.
