It’s the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for quiet, comfort, and a deep connection to nature. Inside, you’ll find:    •   A fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob, fridge, microwave, air fryer & French press    •   A cozy living space with bar seating and rattan armchairs    •   A sleeping area with a 160 cm double bed    •   A modern bathroom with toilet, tiled shower, and heated floors Large glass doors open directly onto the rocks, offering a breathtaking view of the lake and easy access to the outdoors. Guest access You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself, along with:    •   A private front deck with dining area and charcoal grill    •   Access to a shared swimming dock and rowboat (available in summer)    •   Optional rental of a lakeside sauna with a glass veranda Other things to note The guesthouse is peacefully located with nature right outside the door. Our main house is nearby, but the guesthouse has no windows facing us, and we rarely use that side of our home — ensuring your privacy. If you’re traveling with a larger group, we also rent out a spacious house on the property that sleeps 8 (4 bedrooms), perfect for those who want to stay close but enjoy separate spaces. You need a car if you like to see more of the High Coast Area. Public transportation is very limited.

A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking next to the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, indoor bandy and soccer hall, cross-country skiing, and Timrå's new swimming hall. The accommodation is right next to beautiful Indalsälven. The apartment is part of our garage, but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. By car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

Architect-designed villa with a location close to the sea and a fantastic view in Höga Kusten. The villa is surrounded by strikingly beautiful nature and has direct access to the beach, rock pools, good fishing opportunities and nice hiking trails. The exclusive accommodation is of the highest standard and has everything you could possibly want. A short distance from the house is one of Sweden's most beautiful seaside resorts, Smitingen, and with only a few kilometres to Härnösand, which is at the start of the Höga Kusten World Heritage Site, the location is perfect!

Welcome, here you have a cheap accommodation with a private entrance, bathroom with shower and smaller kitchen/kitchenette with everything you need to cook simpler meals. Airfryer, Micro, hot plate, toaster, kettle etc There is a bus stop about 100 meters from the property. These run every 20 minutes and it takes about 15 minutes to Sundsvall city center and stop outside My University on the way. If you have a car, you can park for free in the parking lot that belongs to the building. Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included. As a hotel but better

Private and nice Swedish cottage – modern and close to nature

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located close to nature but also centrally in Söråker. It is a newly built cottage with high standards. One bedroom with 180 cm comfortable double bed and one room with a 120 cm comfortable single bed. We have a nice sofa bed that is 140 cm wide where you can sleep two as well. Wifi is available and a nice bathroom with shower and both washing machine and dryer. There is a cozy plot that you will have completely to yourselves. With a fireplace, outdoor furniture, swing and a charcoal grill.

Relax in this quiet accommodation, beautifully situated with a nice view of the Ljungan River. Private dock where you can take a morning swim. Two SUPs with life jackets are also available to borrow. Only about 1 km from Matfors center, where there are shops, restaurants, etc. Large terraces and garden for relaxation. It is also excellent for fishing straight from the jetty (a fishing license is required if you are over 15 years old) Only 12 km to the fine river fishing in lower Ljungan (Salmon, Sea trout, Grayling, etc.)

Welcome to Toppstugan on scenic Storholmen outside Sundsvall/Alnö. The island has rich nature and an exciting history as a coastal fortress. Three cannons are preserved on the island today. The cottage has three rooms and a kitchen with a large living room, two bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The view is unbeatable with sea views both to the north and south. Transport is by your own boat or booked boat transport with us. Price: SEK 300/person round trip Storholmen-Spikarna. Time according to agreement with us.

Lovely Alnö villa for 2 - 5 people with wonderful glazed patio and a home with modern facilities. Here you live close to all the amazing sea beaches that are on Alnö and also close to hiking trails in beautiful nature. Birsta shopping area and Sundsvall's stone town are just a 10-15 minute drive away. Self-catering with 3 regular beds, 2 sofa beds for 1-2 people. Bring your own bed linens and towels. If you are traveling with a horse, we can offer overnight stabling for an additional fee and subject to space

Loft with ocean view

Unwind in this unique, seaside and quiet home. You live in your own loft with a large balcony with great sea view. Beach is 200m away and cliff bath about 500m. Private toilet is located in dwellings. There is no shower, but if necessary, you can rinse off in the sea or with a bucket in the sauna house. It is also possible to rent the sauna, 2 paddleboards and an extra bedroom with a bunk bed on the lower floor. During the summer, smoked fish is also sold. See general for more info.

There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Those who wish to rent will also get access to our own sandy beach, sauna, rowing boat with simpler fishing equipment as well as kayaking. A beautifully located farm next to Hasselasjön only 1,5 km from Hassela Ski Resort. With acces to private beach, wood heated sauna, rowing boat and kayak.

Relax in this peaceful accommodation in a rural idyll. The cottage is beautifully located overlooking the fields in Berga village. Within a few kilometers there is the sea, Bergafjärden's beach and camping, good climbing, golf course and fishing or swimming in Ljungan. The town of Njurunda with shops and transportation (bus, train) is two km away. 20 minutes by car to Sundsvall.
