This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltal Glacier cable car and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The Chalet, renovated in an open space, maintains the typical characteristics of a Leventine rural house. Characteristic ancient alpine hut from beginning of 1900, recently restructured keeping original characteristics, all in stone and larch wood, cropped here. Furnished in a unique and artisan way. It has electricity from a photovoltaic installation, with solar panels for hot water and a floor heating. It has a big kitchen-living room with fireplace, wood stove, big bathroom with shower, double bedroom, with bunk bed and a loft with place for other beds.

For true nature lovers, suitable for both relaxation and sports, with bike paths and hiking, being in the Gardesane prealps near the Prato della Noce Nature Reserve. The entire building is built in stone and wood, with exposed beams in all rooms; outside you will find three tables with benches where you can eat your meals or relax reading a book lulled by the lapping of the crystal clear waters of the Agna stream; it is located 15 km from Salò.

“La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. Close to everything, but in the most complete calm, you can stroll through nature. Equipped with indoor dry toilet and shower room (no shower but a water point for your daily toilet). Breakfast is delivered to you every morning in a basket.
