The view from the house is just breathtaking! It has both a lovely balcony and a very big and private terrace. We enjoyed relaxing there, reading and eating dinners. Casoli is a charming Tuscan paesino with beautiful springs and waterfalls nearby; there’s a sweet little bar in town with tasty cornetti and coffee served to locals every morning. In half an hour’s drive you’ll be at the beach. It also is a dream for people who want to go hiking. The house was very clean, the bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We liked the cosiness of the place a lot. Totally recommending it to everyone who’s looking for a peaceful and quiet stay in an italian village near to the sea.

a small corner of peace!! We had a great time ! Wonderful, comfortable house, equipped with everything for a family, Luca and his mother are very available. In front of a small ski slope, a 1-minute walk away, bars next door, and also several restaurants and a convenience store. Perfect for relaxing days!We hope to be able to come back to see the summer landscape!

Great weekend! The apartment is all mimi and that's what we needed! A small bubble is ☺️ right next door, bakery, crossroads, ski rental! To get to the station you have to take the car but it's only 10 minutes away ☺️

If you love a truly authentic home in a village setting then this is great . Super atmospheric, so not very new but full of character. The kitchen is beautiful and very cozy! Very nice to live in four floors. As a result, it feels very spacious. Great roof terrace. Excellent beds and nice bathrooms. Yes this is very recommended !!

Damien was a welcoming host and the apartment is very special. We loved the location a short walk from the center of town.

Giuseppe's place is really very nice - 3-4 outdoor areas that you can use - a little dark inside, but pleasantly cool. The beds/mattresses were very good and the equipment of the kitchen very functional and with everything needed. It feels very private and it is only a few minutes to a small very well-stocked merchant shop and Wednesday there is a market around the corner. The place is just beautiful and other places and also the sea are within easy reach.

We had a pleasant stay at Massimiliano's place. Beautiful building with stunning views of La Spezia and spacious apartment. L'Osteria allows us to have breakfast (Thank you Silvia for the good cakes!) and we can even cook and dine with other guests if we wish. The departure of the hiking path to Riomaggiore is right at the entrance of the residence and it is really a plus for hikers who want to visit the 5 Terre on foot! We recommend 100%.

My friend Fabio and I felt at home, the owners are of a disarming kindness,☺️ we highly recommend their Airbnb for the tranquility of the location and position.😊 We hope to be back soon, it is in a perfect location for excursions in the surroundings. very nice cottage in a quiet environment. Perfect for nature lovers. The interior is very comfortable, the view is beautiful and the environment is very rich.

Our stay at Maria's was remarkable. If you want to experience a true country setting in Italy this is one of the best you will find. The apartment was situated into an old building and incorporated into the rock wall that was very unique. Recently remodeled with a beautiful bathroom and living area. Another great benefit was the location in a unique small community easy to walk to various restaurants and shops. The local food was amazing and very welcoming. Maria and her husband we're wonderful to work with and live near the apartment so she was very quick to come see us with any issues.

We had an excellent stay in Camamila. It is situated a bit outside of town but nice and quiet with an excellent sea view and a nice garden. Walking and biking tracks start at the apparment. Host is very friendly and provided helpful information to explore the area.

Aurélie, our host, was very responsive and was able to find solutions to make our stay go perfectly. I would recommend it without a second thought and would definitely go back! Small extras: - A partnership with a local winery for exciting tasting. - The Jacuzzi, for an additional charge specified in the listing, is at the top to relax.

I was unsure at first because of lack of up to date reviews, but wow, this place! We all fell in love with the space - it’s so restful and easy to be in. Comfortable beds, amazing views, simple yet tasteful interiors, which may not be brand new, but are really easy to live with. The outside space and pool is just so divine and it’s 15 min ride in Uber to the crowds, whilst you get to stay in this hillside retreat. Highly recommend:)

A clean and nice place. Very quiet in the backyard while being close to the subway. Convenient for a weekend of 9 visiting Lyon. The only bathroom and toilet need to be organized but the kitchen is functional and well equipped. The accommodation is very well soundproofed between the bedrooms and the living room.

A place you would remember. Friendly host, lovely unique home with stunning views. Most people would not have a problem climbing about 3 flights of stairs from the town. Several beautiful villages to explore near Cotignac. We would love to go back sometime in the future.
