The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. The Pilgrim Trail runs outside the cottage, so several barbecue areas are available in the village. 10-minute walk to the bus stop. Bus + train to Kastrup 70 minutes. Malmö 50 minutes. Trelleborg harbor 22 minutes by car. Malmö 30 minutes, Anderslöv 5 minutes.

Villa Lyckebo overlooks the sea, completely surrounded by cornfields. We are located outside Kämpinge (Höllviken) and only 20 minutes from Malmö. We offer proximity to Skanör with Falsterbo and the entire Söderslätt. We offer 2 nicely renovated double rooms on the ground floor of the villa. In addition to the 2 very tastefully decorated rooms, there is a "lounge", a "sparoom" and toilet. Private entrance and completely separate from the rest of the house. The basement floor has been renovated and is heated. However, there is no daylight.
