***Perfect for city tour*** The attic of a 100 + year old house was completely renovated in 2024. There is a permanent construction site (for years) right on the street. This causes corresponding noise during the day; on weekends, it is usually quiet.

The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

In 10 minutes one can walk to the largest shopping center in Northern Germany, the AEZ and the rapid transit train station Poppenbüttel, from which one can reach directly the city centre. Also, the airport is not far away.
