We had a great time staying here. It was the perfect midpoint to visit Hun Nal Ye and Semuc Champey. The house is a few minutes from downtown Coban and one of the main plazas. The house is beautiful and the property was nice and well kept. The rooms are spacious and the interior details and decor were on point. The electric gate and getting into and out of the house was super easy. You are surrounded by mountains so the sunrises are amazing. We brought our dogs with us and they loved it here. The one thing to keep in mind is that the road to the neighborhood and property is not paved. There is a steep part of the road that had our SUV tires sliding (nothing major) when leaving the neighborhood. We loved Erick's house and hope to come back one day.

The place is a very nice, cozy and quiet space. The environments are sufficient for a family of 4 to 5 people. The Beds are comfortable, fresh clean linens. The kitchen has the basics to prepare some food time. The location was excellent since it is very close to attractions such as the Grutas de Lanquin and Semuc Champey. Very grateful for the restaurant recommendations. Mario and Jonathan are always very attentive. A recommended place to visit many times.
